While the gentleman serving the desk was kind and amazing, Avis is not manned enough to service the mass amounts USAF Air University students and visitors or anyone booking them through DTS. Be prepared to wait 45+ minutes for a car when National, Alamo and Enterprise have empty lines.

Customer service was great but finding your car and dropping it off can be a little confusing. The car I received ran good and was clean so I really don’t have any complaints.

Hertz overbooked my rental and left me scrambling to find a vehicle before the holidays (almost impossible). There was a woman here who was able to make magic happen and accommodate me! Thank you!
