I went to Cato Fashion today to buy an outfit for my mother. The two women in the store were awesome and very friendly. The young lady picked out an outfit for my mother. Top tier customer service they deserve 10 stars š.

I usually love to shop CATO. The staff on Ann Street is so welcoming and helpful. They make you feel like family and are always happy to assist. Atlanta hwy is the complete opposite. I came in Sunday 3/3/24 around 3:25 and not one staff member greeted me or checked to see if I needed help. Not even a āhelloā at the very least. The sad part is I was browsing the same rack as what seemed to be a team lead and She didnāt speak at all, but could cackle w/ a coworker who also showed no form of customer service. Normally, I wouldnāt be bothered , but I know that poor customer service isnāt in CATOās nature, itās definitely not what Iām used to. I stayed in the store less than 5 mins bc of the aura. Iāll keep my business at Ann Street where Itās welcomed .

The Worst customer service ever. When you try to ask a question they act like you are bothering them.The sales associate was busy talking to her colleague, they both were in the back of the store and there was so many customers in the store.I put the items I had back on the rack and I left and I will never go back to that store again. She must have forgot who pays her salary,( the customers). I will definitely tell my friends about how bad their customer services is.
