I had a trailer blowout on I-65 and limped the trailer to this shop. They got me in immediately and every single person at this business was professional and unbelievably friendly!

Had a blow out on my fifth wheel camper. These folks helped me with a new tire. The only reason a felt persuaded to leave a review was they were very friendly and eager to help. Customer service was A+. If I lived in the area I would buy all my tires from them.

I visited on yesterday to get some air in my tire. My husband got out and asked about the air. The gentleman gave me husband the device so he could pump the air. This was strange because I never seen this done before. My husband asked was it a charge because some places do charge. The gentleman started saying stuff to my husband like you don't know how to pump air and just being rude. Don't know the guy name but he was light skin older guy who had on a Coca Cola jacket. When we pulled up they were not busy just standing and talking. These men were completely unprofessional. Now if my husband would have went off due to his disability then he would have been wrong. My husband is a disabled vet and didn't deserve to be treated so rude. I will be calling this establishment first thing Friday morning. I will never visit here again. I would rather have a blowout then let Chappell Tire and Auto service my vehicle.if you don't like your job then quit. As we were leaving the men were rude to another customer as well. These were grown men acting like little kids. This is my first and last time going to this unprofessional place of business! I don't recommend anyone goes here as well

I had a flat on my travel trailer on my way into the area. Made it to the campsite after hours. The next morning they replaced the tire and had me on my way in no time. Thanks to their quick professional and courtesy service I was on my way on schedule.
