I don’t know what the fuss is about but the young lady that checked me in at the guard shack super nice the guy in the office by docks 24 and 25 super friendly checked in before my appointment time in a door and unloaded just don’t come in here with drama and u won’t have to wait so long just saying

Easy to find. Scan the OR code when you enter to check in. Guards are nice. Back was easy. Spacious. Take BOL to door 25

Arrived 30 minutes early. You have to scan a QR Code to check in. Young lady at the entry gate was super cordial and met me with a smile. Helped me check-in. Turned in paper work in at the office and the gave me a door right away. Was done by 0730'ish. Young later tht helped me check-in also helped me check. Smooth experience....
