There's just no better option for buying a major appliance in Montgomery than Cohen's. Their sales staff is extremely helpful without pressuring for an up-sale; their delivery team is courteous and professional; and anytime we've needed a repair, their service techs have possessed that same model of professionalism.

Have purchased all my appliances, through the years, from Cohens, including TV's. Have a Great Service department and stay with you if a problem occurs. However, most appliances purchased are excellent quality and have very few issues. Really appreciate this company. Have recommended numerous time to friends.

My husband and I have been long-time customers of Cohen’s and will continue to be. The year 2020, has had a bad effect of the commercial industry for appliances. Sadly, most new appliances have about a ten +- years life span. My recommendation for those people that are looking for a new appliance, do your homework. Research the internet for whatever appliance you are looking for. Then go shopping. I personally like Cohen’s because I am comfortable with their service after purchase. In 2019, we had to purchase anew refrigerator, dishwasher , and a brand new built in microwave. In 2023, we had to replace our washer and dryer barely two weeks before Christmas. Cohen’s deliver the new units 5-6 days before Christmas. So far, we have not had to have on but one appliance. At least I can depend on Cohen’s to be there when I need them.

My wife and I have consistently shopped at Cohens since March 1986 - - ALL models/types of appliances, plus complete/total home electronics systems. When repair/replacement was needed, they responded promptly and professionally. In fact, only a weeks ago, we updated/upgraded our entire home surround-sound system and converted to streaming on our TV. Cohens handled it ALL - - sales, installation, and instruction on operation. OUTSTANDING IN ALL AREAS!! We have NEVER had any problems and DEFINITELY plan to continue "The Cohens Experience"!

We have been a customer of Cohens for years, so when it came time to remodeled our kitchen we went back and bought all of our appliances from them. Trusted brands, professional staff, and an awesome guarantee that if by chance something were to go wrong with an appliance their repair shop will be there to fix the issue! Cohens has earned our 5 star rating!?

Cohens has always been fair and dependable. We have only had one problem and that was a washer. They service what they sale. That is valuable. The issue with our washer was with the manufacturer not Cohens. But Cohens made a fair and working compromise. Thanks Cohens

My wife and I have been shopping at Cohens for 35 years and my parents before that. There are many places in town where you can buy appliances and electronics. Take their price to Cohens and they’ll match it. What sets Cohens apart is their customer service and service department. You can count on them to service what they sell. You won’t get that at a big box retailer.

Refused to answer the phone, the young lady who did answer said her colleagues refused to answer her page as she attempted to transfer me. She stated she's "looking right at them, but she can't get then to answer" and after reading these reviews I'm glad they didn't pick up, I will be shopping ABC(Anywhere But Cohens)

We have had a Maytag refrigerator purchased from Cohen's, that has the same issues on several separate occasions. We have always called Cohen since they "back" their product. This time, however; we have been put off from service. First, they only service our area on Thursday. 2 Thursdays passed before they could come out. Fixed initial problem but part was incorrect for secondary issue. The next week they called us as stated "the part came in broken". 3 times in a row. They called again this morning, to say "part came in broken". Asked to speak with a manager/owner. Michael Cohen returned our call. Stated our refrigerator was old and he was beginning to question whether or not they should try to repair it. Excuse Me?? When confronted with the irony of that statement, it was met with "Then I suggest that you call someone else should this happen again. They said they will be out Friday (Friday?). We will have to replace our refrigerator at some point but it should not be suggested to replace just based on age. Parts are available if the effort is made by a reputable/concerned organization.
