I am writing to formally complain about the poor customer service I received when I called your headquarters on 7/232024 1130am. The receptionist who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable, especially considering the high regard I previously held for your company.

Samantha Hallford was my move coordinator. She was in contact throughout my move and handled any questions I had. Samantha's efforts would lead me to use Allied Coleman for any future moves. If she says she will do something, she does it.

Communication was excellent, and when I had to call to change a delivery date, I got through to a real human quickly. I am extremely disappointed, however, that the thick plastic that wrapped my mattresses ripped in shipping, leaving a large dirt smudge on the new mattress. The printed material / warranty information packaged with the mattress was also lost--perhaps through the same rip in the plastic. The two delivery men explained the warranty info was identical to what I had via email, and so I didn't see that as a problem. Though we walked around the mattress together, before they left, it was positioned so I did not see the 7-inch dirt smudge until after they left and asked me to sign a release form. I'm not impressed at all with how the mattress damage was handled.

************, ****** and ****** helped me move Friday and they were great! Everyone was friendly went above and beyond to help me and my family move into our new home. It went faster then I imagined too. When I move again Ill be back. Thank you!

This was a great moving experience for me. Everything they promised was delivered with prompt communication, follow- up and assurances. The day of moving was seamless, with great attention to protecting my furniture and fragile items. On the receiving end ( California to ******), the driver was on time, worked quickly with a helper and it was done in 2 hours. I highly recommend this company and am fully satisfied.

Estimator was very professional and accommodating. He made changes as needed without hesitation. He and the coordinator arranged for me to have one truck, one load, which was very much appreciated. Pack crew and drivers were very careful and fast. They did a great job! No furniture or property was broken or damaged. I would recommend for long distance moves!

SCAM SCAM SCAM RUN FOR THE HILLS paid almost close to 8 thousand just to be lied to in the contract they have whatever they take down they put back up lies left off all the cords to the tv left parts off from the dryer etc a long list communication sucked and oh the drivers for the car even the lady that work for Coleman said there bad with communication the sales guy lie from the jump they will deliver on days they know your working just so they can storage your things by far the worst company I’ve ever deal with in my life needs to be shut down for the Montgomery AL area

My wife and I have moved several times over the years and this was the best experience we've had from getting a fair estimate, the move coordinator keeping us informed of our shipment status to the driver and crew doing an excellent job. We had no damage to any of our belongings...and that's a first. Many thanks for making this such a seamless move. This was my second interstate move with Coleman, and while they’re expensive (what ISN’T expensive these days, right?), they did an outstanding job of packing, loading, moving, unloading, and setting up. With Coleman/Allied, I had a trusted partner to make the transition smooth. They followed up numerous times before, during, and after the move to make sure things went well and everyone was on the same page. While I don’t ever plan on moving again, I would only trust Coleman if it had to happen! These folks are great!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Coleman. From the initial meeting with my sales rep to unloading at my destination, the entire process was smooth and as stress-free as a move could possibly be. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. I can highly recommend Coleman.

Every step of the packing was meticulous. Communication with management and the lead driver was excellent. Both the move from ** and the delivery to ** were perfect! Despite bad weather along the route where over 3 days *** made several deliveries in different states, he met a local mover in ** to transfer the load to a smaller truck in order to navigate our driveway. And he arrived here promptly at 9:30 a.m., as was his estimate 3 days earlier! Great Move!
