Ms Teresa(property manager) she was very professional and friendly. She listened to what i was looking for which was for storage for my business inventory. I didn’t have to go searching around for other storages..Compass self storage is very clean and the security is on point. I highly recommend renting with Compass you will not regret it. Not to mention its a very homey atmosphere. Thank you Teresa!!

Victoria took the very best care of us! Her customer service was excellent. She was so polite and considerate to us. We have had an awful recent experience at our other storage -Red Dot, and we are very pleased with the new facility. The Montgomery Police Department highly recommended your storage as well.

I originally booked a spot with Life Storage right next door, but when I showed up at 5pm they were already closed (supposed to close 6pm). Compass was next door so I walked over and the general manager, Theresa, took care of me right away. I’m actually glad it turned out this way because Compass just seems like a better, cleaner, and more secure option for storage. It may not be cheaper, but you get what you pay for.
