It is hard to put into words what Core Vibes has meant to me and what a difference it has made in my life. I have become stronger mentally and physically because of my sessions with Lynne Ellen and Pam.(before she retired).

Stefanie East is the best pilates instructor. I can't believe how much flexibility I have achieved after only three months in her classes at CoreVibes Studio. Lynne Ellen has a beautiful space and a knowledgeable staff for total health and fitness.
