Went hood years ago. Shame. Drive thru worker has absolutely no personality and need to be working alone.
7 to 10 years ago, this was a nice store. But why complain when u can move like I'm going to.

What ever you do, DO NOT download anything from the photo processing computer. I did, and it installed unwanted software on my phone, completely rearranged the icons on my screens, wiped out customization on my app layout, then kept trying to sell me various things, including a $49 per month movie subscription. DO NOT download ANYTHING from the CVS computer terminal.

Been going to Bell and Vaughn 16 yrs. Went there this morning was not ready. Went at lunch was closed. Went at 6:30 said it was at the pike Rd store. I have never got it anywhere but the same place. Don't you think that would of been a red flag for someone that knows there job. Wasted a hour of my day. Could of called me.

Advertises free covid/flu shots but actually charges $65/flu and $190/Covid shots which is contrary to the CDC’s Bridge Access Program. I passed but decided to attend every public and party event I can when I get the flu or Covid. It's not illegal, yes?

Front counter staff were rude for no apparent reason. I needed a passport picture and girl seemed angry that I came in. Maybe it was a bad day but this will be the last time I use CVS.

Customer service is usually excellent,Manager is customer-aware, alwaysfriendly & professional. Finding itemscan be tricky if they move stock around.It’s a well organized store, spacious &immaculate.

Manager is super nice and always helpful. The pharmacy is way understaffed, and seems to struggle to keep up. I’ve used this store since it opened and the corporate office has ruined the pharmacy. I used to know the pharmacist and the staff but they ran them all off years ago. I feel for these people they try their best but there just aren’t enough of them and we all suffer because of it!

My favorite Pharmacy, the manager always goes out of her way to help her customers.I've never had a bad experience with the Pharmacy from prescriptions to getting my covid shot, always top notch.
