I was standing at count at 1:30 and they would not give me my prescriptions .very poor customer service 3rd time I have tried to pick them up. Prayers for them.

Terrible. Pharmacy not even open at 10:30am because the pharmacist is running ”late”. Completely unprofessional and left with no medication for my 3 yo old. Please go else where. This place is trash.

The staff at the ÇVS I go to on Ray Thronginton Rd are the bomb 💣 I love going in there they are always polite Friendly very very helpful

I live in Walkertown NC. I visit my daughters & grandchildren several times during the year. When I visit I always have my meds prescribed at this CVS on Ray Thorington.
Never a problem. I appreciate their helpfulness.

Absolutely ridiculous how they always short handed I came yesterday stood in line for meds and they let gate down said they closed. Came back today and been on drive thru window waiting for 20 min and still no one came to window to help after pushing service button they need new management it’s ridiculous how they soo slow but will close the window on u when it’s lunch time

This pharmacy generally has friendly staff but they seem to always be running behind. I ran by a couple of hours after a prescription was called in and they said they were backed up and to come back in 30 minutes. Dubious of the time, I called to check using the quick automated line and found out that it would not have been ready in 30 minutes. If I hadn’t checked, I would have made two wasted trips in one day

Pharmacy personnel was very rude when I proved to her that their system for asking for auto refill. She kept repeating an entire different issue that had been resolved and then went to explain the different between the two type of text message like im retarded. This is what happens when you get power hungry knee grows emotional females in positions where they try to flex their muscles. Im guessing she has multiple baby daddy issues also.Taking my business to pike road as this location is officially HOOD!!!

I have always been very pleased by the hard work of Ray Thorington's CVS here in Montgomery. The pharmacists take the time to answer questions. I want to specifically shout out and thank Arri, who goes out of their way to help, regardless of the hurdle or request. Whether it's helping make sure a coupon or discount is applied, or looking into a prescription order, they have never been unpleasant and have always been helpful. Thank you, Arri and team!

I miss Winn Dixie!!! The staff was friendly, super helpful, wait time was reasonable,and prices for the SAME meds was significantly less.I have now been waiting 30 minutes for someone in the pharmacy to answer the phone. I give up.

Pharmacist are RUDE and act like they are doing you a favor to fill prescription. Worst service I have ever experienced. I miss Winn Dixie and their friendly caring staff.

No one monitoring the phones today. I was on hold for 35 minutes and went to the store. I called this morning and used the automated system to order a Prescription. System said next refill was in November even though the last refill was 90 days ago in May. I was able to order the prescription anyway and the automated system stated the refill would be ready at 11. Came by at 1230, told it hadn’t been filled yet. Called to speak to someone at 5:15, put on hold, no one answered phone so I drove to the store. Tech told me it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow but they would push it through. I appreciate that, but it doesn’t excuse ignoring the phone, if for no other reason then to let me know it would be better if I came in personally. Wasted a lot of my time today. Will move my prescriptions when I get the chance. While I was waiting there they ignored the phone which kept saying “one pharmacy call”. Not good.

Hands down WORST pharmacy in Montgomery. Rude pharmacist will hang up on you, you can tell the techs hate it as well, they do their best. Do yourself a favor and just avoid it.
