Everytime,l go to this store the employees in the pharmacy area is very rude and unprofessional they need some customer service training or be fired on yesterday 10-26-25 the pharmacist on duty had an attitude and rude with us l will be contacting corporate office l have encountered this several times..

The employees in the pharmacy need serious training in customer service skills and manners. The pharmacist was on the speaker phone with a customer. You don’t know what confidentiality means? The energy is off. If you hate your job, find one you like. But the employees in the front were very nice.

I am compelled to express my disappointment with the service I received. I waited in line for approximately 30 minutes. Unfortunately, no one greeted me at the window to provide any updates. They consistently failed to have medications ready in a timely manner, contrary to their claims. Furthermore, a majority of medications were out of stock. I strongly advise those considering filling their prescriptions here to explore alternative options.

Slow and not professional. I use to ue publix left publix to come to cvs worse mistake ever. This is not a one time thing it's all the time. Sitting there waiting to drop off and no one ever came to assist me

Terrible service they never answer the phone unless you press the option like you are calling from a doctor's office. I waited on the line for 30 minutes to speak to someone hung up called right back pressed the doctors office option they picked up in less than a minute. They are horrible

No one is working in the store and the pharmacy staff is rude, unprofessional and puts you on extended hold time with no return. The process of getting a refill is impossible and I had to wait five days for my blood pressure medicine to be.filled. I only came here because all winn dixie pharmacy closed. I truly wish they were better staffed at this location

Poor service in pharmacy. Tells customers prescription ready in 30-40 minutes. When customers return within that time frame. Prescriptions still not ready. You have to wait another 30-40 minutes.

Most of the pharmacy staff are rude, unapologetic, have an attitude from the get go, and will rush you on the phone IF they actually answer your call. I’m switching pharmacies immediately. I’m not sure what happened but this store used to offer very good service. Even the management in the front of the store is awful. None of the employees seem to show any kind of concern for the well-being or mental state of the customer.

CVS on mobile highway is conveniently located but what makes my experience different is Leah. She knows the store, ads, and coupons. If she leaves I’m going too.
