I just had a WONDERFUL experience at CVS Zelda Road. Lee, the Pharmacist, was very kind and patient despite being EXTREMELY BUSY!!!! My pharmacy technician, Indya, was MAGNIFICENT!!!! She’s very understanding and knowledgeable of billing and additional ways to save customers money. AWESOME SERVICE and PROFESSIONALISM!!!

The store is closed on a Saturday morning at 8:10am. Watched customers drive away due to the doors being locked. Unsatisfactory for a corporate store!!!!

My experience with cvs Zelda rd.location is always a very pleasant shopping experience the staff is extremely hard working and polite to all customers. I really appreciate the kindness that CVs workers display it is a wonderful place to shop.

Overall the visit to this store was ok, I felt uneasy as they kept looking at me , not sure if because I was browsing to much but they made me feel like they thought I was going to shoplift, was very uncomfortable to continue shopping. I spent $60 and didn’t even finish shopping for some items I needed

I do NOT recommend this pharmacy for a flu shot!!! I had a flu shot here on 4 September 2023 (Labor Day holiday) at 10 am. Since then my left arm has been hurting until now (OVER 2 MONTHS)!!! The pain was very bad for 6 weeks!!! For 6 weeks every time when I moved my left arm, the pain bothered me SO MUCH!!! I was VERY upset and cried because of the excruciating pain. The pain (5%) still remains on my left arm. How many months I have to wait to completely get rid of this pain, huh?Please do NOT get a flu shot HERE!!! I do NOT want anyone to experience that I had with this pharmacy!!!

I was racially discriminated against during the check out twice. I don't understand how the customer In front did not have a representative help them but the girl wait for me to walk up and start my transaction. I pay a monthly membership,to be treated this way is completely unfair and unacceptable. Definitely do not recommend if you are a person of color.

Absolutely awful experience. Absolutely zero professionalism. I waited ober an hour to pick up a prescription, when I get to the window the rude lady tells me that they didn't fill the script because I didn't have insurance on file....( since when can you not pay cash.) I ask her that question and she reply when the medicine is expensive we don't fill it unless we have insurance on full or you pay upfront. I look at her confused and say it's amoxicillin it's less than 30 bucks . It's not a narcotic it's an antibiotic that is really cheap and free at some places. The lady was very rude and I had to wait additional time for her lack of ability.
