The worse pharmacy I’ve had so far! My gynecologist sent a prescription for birth control pills on 11/11, they have yet, til this day fulfilled the prescription and it’s 12/2. It’s ridiculous! I have the app on my phone so I check on the status often and every time it’s the same thing, “delayed we’re ordering the prescription for you”. There’s no way it take this long for some medication. I’ve had one other issue in the past with the wait for prescription but it wasn’t nearly as long as so I gave them a pass. I left a previous pharmacy who wasn’t nearly as bad but distance was far from where I live so I decided to switch it to somewhere closer and now I’m definitely regretting it. I’m definitely switching my pharmacy again and the phone service sucks. You can’t even leave the voicemail for them to call back like they ask because the phone has a glitch and when you do get through to leave the voicemail, nobody calls back! Rude staff, just pathetic! Look elsewhere for your pharmacy or you’ll eventually regret it!

I have been trying to get insulin for a month. They said they ordered it and should be in in a couple of days. A week later I called they never ordered it told me to go somewhere else. A week later I got a text RX was ready. I went the next day and they don’t have it. They now say I can pick it up tomorrow almost a month since I have started this process. I’m just glad I had a few extra vials or I would be in trouble. Terrible experience

When CVS decides to rid their bias employees others races may give CVS a second chance, but as long as some of its pharmacy staff favors one race good luck in keeping white customers.

Just pathetic to call yourselves quality customer care pharmacy. Cannot speak directly with pharmacist when call without listen to the b/s of CVS ads when pressed correct number to speak with pharmacist. Then when do get to speak with pharmacist the lady says "it's early in the morning." Really then why in the heck did you come to work if mornings seem to bother your lazy behind. CVS you are a pathetic pharmacy!

It is the worst place I have ever visited, the employees are not patient, they change the medications, they do not give the correct ones, I was there for 2 days to get the medications for my son and they never solved anything, they gave me other medications that his pediatrician had not recommended, do something, fire everything. Those people who are not good for customer service, I had to change pharmacies because they don't solve anything there, they are all the worst, they are disgusting, racist people yell at you.
