My experience was just great at the store during my visit. Ms Catherine was the cashier and she was very helpful in explaining to me about extra care coverage and coupons for my item i purchase which made my check-out excellent! I'll recommend any one to visit the store!

What ever the associate that’s on shift as of right now working the front counter. She is so rude and doesn’t need to be working. Came in for my online order for pick-up. She says for what I mean UPS CVS or what? I was lost at this point because if she would’ve asked for my name that would’ve eliminated a lot. Now mind you I didn’t know they did UPS/Fedex. She then proceeded to ask me what my name was…. Rude with a nasty attitude. If I could give zero stars and still post I would!

This CVS doesn't carry my hair color. I always have to visit a different CVS to buy L'Oreal Preference #7. This is inconvenient. Manager says Corporate decides what to send him and there is nothing he can fo about it.

I have been sending packages here do pickup for a few years now bit since management and staff changed over it has been a NIGHTMARE. They treated me like I was a nothing and had NO CONCERN WHATSOEVER for what I was dealing with. The manager Mike as well as the old white lady up front are ALWAYS COLD AS ICE. The new black guy on evenings is the EXACT same way!!! Now I see why the parking lot is so empty most times, the warmth once felt when you came in is LONG GONE!

The pharmacy is the worst. Very Rude and never acknowledge the customers. This has happened several times. The last time they stood there and had a full blown conversation while I stood there for 5 minutes waiting to pick up my medicine. I was the only one there until a line started to form.

Needed something for a medical issue. I had went to every store and the only one that had what I was looking for was trusted CVS. And had other things in stock that I had been looking for that the other stores didn't have. Thanks for having what I needed at the time I needed it ?

*Pharmacy* I wish that I could give zero stars, just like the pharmacist careless and rude attitude that she displayed when I came in to get a prescription filled. Will not conduct business with CVS Pharmacy period.

Picked up an RX and the pharmacist made sure I understood the dosage and if I had taken it before because of side effects. I had taken it before, but I appreciated the effort to ensure my understanding. Things like this show you care. Thanks, CVS!
