Pharmacy dept is extremely slow and unprofessional. The lack customer service basic skill of common courteous and acknowledgement.

this store is convenient to Baptist Hospital, the Hospital told me my Dad was going to die. i was fumbling at the register & the clerk on duty was kind & patient toward me. i appreciate his concern. the store was clean & well lit, easy to find what i was looking for even in an emotional state. thank you CVS.

On Narrowlane Rd there needs to be some retraining for the worker's on how better to talk/treat your customers. The women workers are so uptight, rude, short, and disrespectful to certain customers but the one's they know. I don't see how they still work for this company.

CVS on Narrow Lane Road has the most disrespectful employees that I have ever seen. I'm talking strictly about the pharmacy where all of these individuals who has went and got a certificate for a pharmacy tech and there behavior is appalling. The funny thing is the individuals I converse were all black. You stand at the counter ten to fifteen minutes before they even acknowledge you. When they do come you kinda wish they hadn't. I had an ongoing thing with these three black ladies for four days and still as of now do not have my eye drops. I called my doctor's office and had them use the Forest Avenue store. I spoke with a lady there and the conversation was totally different. She assured me my drops would be In TODAY. I can understand one day of frustration but four days is ridiculous. CVS you are probably losing customers because if behavior like this. It is there responsibility to take care of your customers no matter what they have to do whom they have to call to get it right not to have people running back and forth to pick up meds. My thing with my prescription is they wanted to charge me a $175.00 for drops I've only being paying $38.00 for. Just to clear the record I could have paid the $175.00 but why should I when I have insurance. Three insurance as a matter of fact but they didn't want to do what it take to straighten this out. I don't have any intention of stepping foot back in this particular pharmacy no time soon. Apparently, they get the training to be a Pharmacy Tech so give them training to be a respectable human being.

Thank you Chris Powers very helpful Great customer service. Give that man a raise please!! Pharmacy lady was rude and refused service black woman with short hair.

I hate this store so much. They never answer their phones??♀️ I have been calling since SEPTEMBER to refill a prescription but it seems like they’re too dumb to answer the phones..
