Days Inn by Wyndham Montgomery offers nice and clean rooms with friendly, sweet, and accommodating staff, often described as providing the best service with kindness and a willingness to assist. The rooms are fine, clean, and very large, with beds that sleep very well and provide a secure feeling. Guests are provided plenty of towels and extra linens are offered. However, experiences can vary. Some rooms may have drawbacks, such as a bathroom that could be cleaner, with hair left in the tub or a toilet needing a scrub. Rooms are sparsely decorated, can have worn-out furniture, visible holes in walls, and an outdated bathroom. The wall AC works but cools slowly, and hallways can be extremely hot. There is no elevator. The complimentary breakfast can be inconsistent, sometimes just an ice cold breakfast in a bag. The neighborhood is considered super sketchy, with occasional encounters in the parking lot. Additionally, a room above the entrance may have noise from the door. While generally comfortable for a short stay, some guests found the front desk questioning to be informal and invading.
