If I could give this store less than one or no stars I would. This one female employee is probably the rudest employee I've ever had to deal with. When I told her I wanted to see how much something cost before I bought it she just threw it behind the counter and I had to ask her again to price it. She sighed and mumbled under her breath like it was some huge chore. Listen, if you don't want to do the job you should quit and let someone who wants to work do it instead of stealing a paycheck each week. Also, if the site says the store opens at 7am then why did I have to come back at 845 to get inside the store. The employee showed up at 815 and when I asked what time he was open he said in 30 minutes. Until DG starts holding people accountable for their performance this won't change and will probably get worse. Some people just feel entitled to a paycheck without having to work for it.

This store has the worst customer service. The women this work in this store are rude, lazy, and the most of the shelves are empty. They don't greet customers, and have 2 employees there but only one will be running the register. It seems all the manager do is sit in the office while the cashier has a long line. If it wasn't so close to my house I would go somewhere else. But it just down the street. Plus the don't have any knowledge of policy of Dollar General. I'm referring to the new Dollar General that has just been open on the corner of Lower Wetumpka Rd and Coliseum Blvd. Montgomery Al.

Nothing in stock and the store looked like it had been intentionally trashed. They allowed a woman screaming cuss words at the top of her lungs to remain, even though other customers were complaining or flat out leaving.
