Cashier was talking on her phone through an ear bulb, having a personal conversation with someone while working the cash register. Everyone in the store could hear her speak. I was in the store for about ten minutes. She was talking before I went in the store and she was talking when I left. It was not job related. This was disrespectful and unprofessional.

It was a Very long line.. and four of the workers was sitting behind the counter eating pizza looking in the customers face as if we didn't need assisting ..only one register open . Smh

This store opens at 8 a.m. but today the associate on duty hasn't opened up because she saw people sitting in their vehicles waiting on her to open the doors...very rude and unprofessional

Well-I got a birthday reward, and I signed into my account to use coupons and the clerk lady wouldn’t let me sign into my account after ringing up my merchandise after I spent a half hour picking stuff up. She didn’t feel like it-she said the system was down. I walked out. I bet it was harder to undo the transaction than SIMPLY LETTING ME SIGN INTO MY ACCOUNT to retrieve my rewards!!! YES—It’s that’s bad ??

Horrible customer service! The cashiers are extremely rude especially the cashier name Destiny. Her attitude is awful and she's just simply rude. She was talking to the customers as if she was angry or aggravated with them. If she doesn't want to work she needs to quit or be fired! This particular dollar general will continue to loss customers if they keep people like Destiny working at the store.

When I entered was greeted by the cashier working and another cashier as she came to the front gave me a warm smile. I was first in line in two incidences on same night and was checked out rapidly. I did have a question on paying a bill but she did not know they answer, no problem it did work out well. I do not really like this chain of stores but they carry those prepaid cards which my husband uses in his business online services. I like that they do offer $5.00 off of $25 or more every weekend.

They have ALOT of stuff....whewwww....but somehow they keep it organized and the staff is nice.
