This store has several displays of footwear. And has an area where they also show their collections of purses. They always carry the latest trends in shoes and bags. The prices are always up to your budget. And the people who work are approachable.
I only gave 4 stars because the AC unit was not blowing cool air when I went there. I was sweating and I heard one other customer feeling the heat.

First time there. It was fine. Found nice boat shoes for this summer! There are no carts so if you have mobility issues the size of this store may be challenging.

Lots of shoes.... enough shoes to shoe a small village. Didn't buy nuffin because what I was looking for was discontinued but I would have if it wasn't. Everyone that worked there was attractive and weirdly friendly though very pleasant. They must pay well or have good benefits.... maybe they just have a good management teamWould walk around and not buy anything again

Never will go back there again.... I had to return over $400 of boots. They provided me with no receipt of my transaction, and said I would get an email with the receipt. This transition took over 20 minutes of me standing in front of the cashier. I complained and said I needed a receipt, checking my phone constantly for this "email". I was told by the manager to call customer service. I was already late for picking up my child, so I had to leave with no receipt. I now spent 30 more minutes of my time on the phone calling customer service. They said it could take 24 hours to get a receipt. It has now been 24 hours, still no receipt. Yes I did check my spam, and yes they did have the correct email address. I just pray they don't steal my return.

I just left this DSW and I'll say it wasn't good nor bad..just questioning "wth?". To begin the store was hot as all get out. No air or fan blowing to at least circulate the air. Second, when purchasing the shoes I wanted (after tussling putting it back in the box) the rep man handled the shoes, damn near tore up the box, disheveled the boots bc she had to check to make sure the sizes matched, STUFFED the boots back in the box w/o trying to put them back in the box correctly, then had the audacity to ask me if I want a bag. When I said "yeah", she threw the box in the bag all sideways almost making a hole. I had to spend about 3 mins (myself mind you) to get the box in the bag right and to make sure the boots don't fall out the box. I won't say I'll never shop here again, but staff please be cognitive of how you treat customers and the items they are buying. Without them, there will be no job for you to go to.
