I havent been to this location in over a year because the previous workers there had nasty attitudes. But this day here I must say the service was on point and my butter pecan iced coffee was made with love and to perfection. So yeah it look like I'll be returning. Thank you'll soo much?

I love their cold coffee better than Starbucks. More coffee flavor. I had a muffins at about 130 that was stale and fell apart all over me. The flavor was good, just stale. I wasn't upset, but it's the only muffin they carry, so I thought I was going to really enjoy it. So if you want a muffin from DD, go very early I guess.

The folks running the Saturday morning shift (10/21/23) needs to teach everyone else how to run a shift! Food and drinks were perfect! Service was SOOOO kind. They were all working and flowing so well. I worked in food service for 13 years and I’ve never been so impressed. Way to go!

Stopped in this morning to get my daughter an ice latte and a sausage biscuit the cashier states they didn’t have any biscuits or bagel . So when I got to the window they told me that truck just got there witch I didn’t see any truck when I was in driver thru she said they were all frozen. So I got muchkins which taste stale like they were from yesterday. So didn’t eat them….They need to teach their employees how to be nice to customers..

This location the general manager is great but the employees are rude and loud and cursing and on phone all the time and they also get mad when an item or drink is made wrong. Like if my coffee is nasty remake it one day it delicious one day it’s gross the drinks are very inconsistent in

Went earlier today was an older lady working the drive thru. Asked if they had ice spice drink responded uhh? Yea my daughter wanted a donut and each donut I named out her response was “we ain’t got that “ she continued to say this 3-4 times after each donut I named with attitude. And tried to rush my order by saying what size of drink do you want after I already told her I wanted it in a small just to hurry the process. She could have just told me what donuts they had. Attitude was so nasty we drove off I don’t want people with that negative energy making my food or drinks for my family and it be your own kind BLACK people no one told you to work that job if you if you gone treat customers like that. CHIC FIL A is number one because they’re service !!! This was at 4 PM

I have lived in Montgomery for 14 years. In that time, I have never had such consistently bad service at a store than at this Dunkin location. Even Doordashers have called me in exasperation -- or exchanged words with me at drop-off- about how staff are either totally confused or uncaring. Just today, the trend continued. I have to watch my caffeine. So I got a full Caff for brother but half caffeine fir me. They simply failed to mark which is which. Second, they just substituted a donut we didn't want for one they evidently didn't have anymore in stock: no phone call, even tho other businesses use Doordash phone info to call me all the time to say they're out and discuss what to do.In a word: this location is always, always, horribly mismanaged. Unfortunately the tyranny of doordash doesn't allow ne to PICK an EQUALLY CLOSE location. So doordash is also part of problem- in fact the other location is milescloser, but I'm ramrodded into reliance on literally the worst Dunkin location in Montgomery.I guess I just won't Doordash Dunkin anymore. Sick of this merry-go-round: I'll give McDonalds my business instead.

i have been a barista before— you HAVE to have a recipe book. why is my drink different every time i order it??? the chai’s taste like straight milk— no syrup. obviously these workers don’t gaf, so drive to starbucks down the street because they are so ? ?

Ordered while driving through town using the app. It was breakfast sandwiches but you'd think we ordered a 4 course meal for how complicated the experience was. First, they hadn't even started it when we arrived and were out of several items. Spent at least 30 mins rectifying the situation while walk ins received their order ahead of us. Then when we got back in the car to leave more items were wrong. Choose a different location when passing through Montgomery if you value your time and want to get back on the road.

They never have any donuts. Their selection is always basically 4 types and there just aren't any donuts! I've never seen a Dunkin' like this before. It's updated and modern inside but it's like they don't know how to use the business.

I love Dunkin’ Donuts but it be two minors that close every night by themselves they’re the sweetest but i think its dangerous of them to be closing by themselves and i wanted to bring this to someone’s attention.

This place is filthy. This isn't just need to wipe the counter dirty, it is we haven't cleaned it in months dirty. Staff is indifferent and will ignore you while you wait to order. Whoever owns this dunkin' needs to do better.
