Was so deeply disappointed my grandmother who lives in bham, has lung cancer and she wanted to surprise me with something that could be delivered. First off. I was suppose to get arrangement on 5/5/25 I received it 5/7/25 clearly not my birthday. They refused to offer anytype of Customer service to negate the 1st time experience. When arrangement finally came. It looked like it had been stuffed in freezer since that original date of 5/5. It had 2 pieces of pineapples , and 3 strawberry’s and one had a little chocolate drizzle. The Stevie was horrible. I have been in
Customer service for over 25 years. The manger left a 3 minute voicemail ‘paragraph” refusing to do anything about this. My grandmother is sick and I was infuriated about the delivery, detectives, and taking no responsibility as a manager.fyi go in person to pick your arrangements if you use this company. They blamed door dash for the delivery problem which associate admitted she put the wrong delivery address in after basically saying I was lying about not getting it in the 5th. Saying it had been delivered and they had a picture. That was a lie. Later I was told it got delivered to another business. So, yet that person got a free arrangement and I am having to pay for piss poor service and materials.

Only giving one because we have to--I received an arrangement today that was a joke. It was 96% parsley— had two strawberries, and two pineapples. My grandmother ordered it for my birthday (which was the 5th) and since she lives an hour and a half away, she thought she could DEFINITELY trust Edible Arrangements, seeing how it’s a well known national chain, but boy was she wrong. Not only did they deliver it to the wrong place and I didn’t receive my birthday present from my grandmother, but when they finally DID send it, it’s basically an upside- down flower pot(unusable, since it’s solid) with parsley all over the top and 4 balloons with no air in them. Very disappointed— when I called to talk to the manager tonight she “wasn’t there” and the girl “left her a post-it” Safe to say our first experience with Edible Arrangements was a bust, and has yet to be reconciled.

even deserve a corner of a star......very uprofessional!!! Wayyy too overpriced to get not even get your order delivered nor answer the phone!! 😡

This was my first time attempting to use edible arrangements and I will never use them again.
Placed a valentines day order on the website and they let me know what I ordered wasn't possible for valentines day, I had to pick a valentines day package. okay, so I did.
Valentines day comes and my order was never delivered. I called 4 times and left a voicemail and they never even called back. Oh, but they sure took my money, didn't they?
Do not use, they will not deliver and they do not answer the phone!!

Definitely don't get the WOW factor with edible arrangements anymore. Yesterday 12/10 was my anniversary and I order fruits and flowers to surprise my wife. The flowers I kind of knew something was wrong because the cashier that I picked it up from took them to the back after doing a quick inspection. When I got home the flowers was moldy and a couple of the strawberry I had the chocolate had slide off the strawberry so presentation was all the way messed up. This is my second time trying this location edible arrangements and I think both time it missed it mark. A place like this should be in it for the moments. We pay alot of money for these items to give us a wow moment factor on our special day and for someone to sell moldy flowers and not properly dipped items it just makes me want to start doing it myself and not go back. Manage was nice but seems like she only wanted to just replace the item and not offer refund, but like my wife said moment is gone an a replacement can't make up for the missed moment. They definitely need to double check items and do better.

This place has went down . The white chocolate strawberries were small but also sour . Not sweet . The person that dipped them in the white chocolate went half way and dipped it not the full strawberry almost up to the stem . Overall was not worth the money won’t be ordering again .Only gave two stars because I was made in perfect time to be picked up and the packaging was still the same .

AMAZING! I made a mistake with my order and accidentally booked for the wrong day. I called in and told them, and they made the arrangements SO QUICK! My friend loved this for a birthday gift and was so sad to eat away the art! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family. 10/10 for service, quality, and kindness from staff!!! Thank you!!

Paid over a hundred bucks for some dead flowers with no vase when the picture clearly showed the flowers in a vase. I ordered over the phone because I was driving and Michelle failed to mention that the picture was not accurate and failed to asked me if I even wanted to pay to have a vase. So basically I paid over a hundred and twenty bucks for a dead bouquet of flowers some very unprofessional chocolate covered strawberries and a small bear that looked like it came out of a lost and found somewhere. Needless to say I won't trust this location with my business anymore and it's not even because they messed up,vite because Michelle admitted that she was at fault and still refused to make her mistake right, that I cannot stand for, because I am a manager and I know that anyone and everyone makes mistakes. It's what people do after their mistakes that I look at.

This place has went down in quality drastically. Ordered my mom some thank you strawberries, the ordered was delivered today. One, the strawberries were very small and not sweet, more on a sour note.Two, the chocolate was melting. Three, the ‘thank you’ stamps on the strawberries were not in uniform. I was expecting quality work for how much I paid. The only part we enjoyed was the wrapping, it was beautifully wrapped. I ordered a little over a year ago from this same store, the quality was 10x better.

We ordered a same day arrangement for a Birthday present and Michelle totally saved the day. She was texting other people to help find solutions for our delivery challenges and ultimately came through with a beautiful arrangement within a couple of hours! Thank you so much Michelle for your patience, kindness, and customer service!
