Literally the WORST customer service EVER! My husband ordered a surprised gift for me for Valentine's Day, paid for delivery and explained to them I work at a school. He was told that deliveries to schools are priorities. Well it is now 3 pm and school is out in 30 minutes. So he had no choice but to tell me. I got on the phone and I've been on hold for over an hour! When he finally got a hold of them he was told if the delivery does not make it on time it would have to be picked up! He paid for delivery for a freaking reason! I want a FULL REFUND and I'm sure I will get the run around for it! Don't order from here, not online or in person! This is pathetic and a waste of money!

I had difficulty ordering on the app so I called to place my order that I was going to pick up. I saw on their website under their products "Slice of Sweet Fruit Platter" for $44.99. I tried to order it and they would not honor the price listed on their website; the price they charged was $5 more than listed. I'm disappointed they wouldn't honor the amount they had listed on their website.

Can't call the store bc nobody will answer, was supposed to pick up my arrangement at 10am but it says they haven't even started making it yet... Very disappointed, won't be using them again.

Last year for Mother's Day I saw a design that had some pineapple cut out that spelled "MOM". As this was Mother's Day, this was an important part of me wanting that item. When I arrived in ample time to pick it up, it was a lot of people coming in. And the woman possibly in her 50's with shorter hair who appeared to be the manager was taking calls and seeming to be frustrated. As people were coming in she was abruptly telling them they weren't taking any more orders and saying it on the phone sounding kind of annoyed. Another worker handed me my order and I left out of the store. The fruit bowl looked nice so I'm not saying it was bad but as I was leaving I realized it didn't have the "Mom" part. I went back in and explained this and the manager said "yeah that's why we added something else". I didn't understand because they were aware of it but chose to add what they wanted to. The only reason I could see was it took extra time to carve "MOM". I politely explained I really wanted that and a worker said "okay let me go back and see". The manager then says loudly "Next year I will not be working on Mother's Day!". I asked her if it was some kind of problem because I was confused. She just said it was a lot going on. But I felt that was towards me when all I did was ask for something I ordered. Within one minute the fruit was carved and placed in my basket which means they just didn't feel like doing it. I've gone here before and it was good. Except one time an issue before with an extremely late order that I never wrote a review on. But as I was thinking about getting something for Mother's Day and my experience last year I decided not to and decided to write this review. The fruit was great. The design was cool. So that's why my writing isn't just awful. But that day the customer service wasn't. I understand stressful situations, but I wasn't being belligerent and expected a little better response to my request.

No doubt in my mind Ms. Shonda is an angel on earth! She went above and beyond to provide a quality customer experience from start to finish. I was able to get my entire order handled over the phone from San Diego in less than 10 mins and everybody loves getting edible arrangements! 10/10, highly recommend!

I was in a hurry and ordered 2 dipped platters last minute for my daughter’s 16th birthday. I was able to pick them up same day. Henry was such a lifesaver and very kind to me. I highly recommend Edible Arrangements in Montgomery, AL. Thank you so much!

My bf just bought me some chocolate covered strawberries from this place yesterday and I didn’t eat them all right away. So I went to eat some the next day (1 day old) and there was mold on some of the fruit! I was completely disgusted and can’t believe these folks covered up old molded strawberries with chocolate. I now know not to never buy anything from them! That’s nasty and inconsiderate!

Placed an order on February 11th for appreciation to my assistant to be delivered today, the 16th. Got a text about it otw at 130p. It's currently 643p and not here plus the building is closed. Thanks for getting my hopes up... I was wanting to put a smile on her face.

Montgomery Alabama you charge people delivery fee and all you should have a time frame so people don’t have to pick up there orders. This is suppose to be a surprise

On Jan 18 2023 I ordered a edible around 12 for my friends birthday I asked for pickup to be at 5:30 I called a lil bit after 4 to see if I can pick order up early being that I was on my way to work and they said yes…arrived to pick up order,order was ready as I proceed to pay for order I wanted to do split payment cash and card but unfortunately the cashier cashed it out for $95 dollars in cash when I told her split payments she tried to refund to get the ticket together she had to call managers to charge me for the order…so she had to retake my information like it was a new order, because I told her I’ll just pay everything on my card as I proceeded to pay again with the card only computer freeze up can’t pay can’t get edible for my friend’s birthday,then on top of that late for work…..just horrible service!

Michelle is a godsend!!!I called this store today around 2:00pm in hopes of a special same day rush order for a friend doing a show in Alabama. I had called every single florist in the area who told me they were unable to help.Michelle helped me pick out the most perfect gift for my friend that arrived to the theatre within 2 hours -- delicious chocolate covered strawberries and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. I am so grateful to her, and so is my friend, who was so happy and surprised to receive her gift. Thank you Michelle and Edible Arrangements for making such a beautiful surprise possible!

My friend from out of town ordered me something from them. Unfortunately I never received it. She even paid extra for same day delivery this past Saturday. It did not come Saturday. On Tuesday afternoon I get a call while I'm out grocery shopping that they were trying to deliver it. I live on a military base so it can't be dropped off. They did not call ahead of time to arrange to bring it by when I would be there and was told I could come pick it up. I said I would be back home in about 30 minutes and she then told me I could meet her somewhere to pick it up. Last time she ordered me an edible arrangement from this location (December 2021), a delivery man called ahead of time to ensure I'd be home and I met him at the gate to get my order. No issues. This time was not even remotely smooth, and the employee had an attitude when I spoke with her on the phone. As if I should simply sit at home waiting for whenever they feel like delivering it. I told my friend to cancel it at this point. They refused to refund her the $10 delivery fee because they "attempted" to deliver it. Horrible customer service. Be warned that if you want to use delivery services with this edible arrangements that the person receiving the order is able to sit at home for up to 4 days to receive it.

The gifts I bought have always been great. But when I went to pick up my order that I could not get delivered for what ever reason. The guy at the front was rushing me because I came in at 4pm. I guess an hour before they closed. I understand the reason he was in a rush but I do not appreciate that. I don't spend my money at businesses to be rushed out the door when I might want to purchase more items because I came an hour before close. I was very offended but that's okay I saved my money so that was a good thing.
