Update to review. Last time I went in there they charged me $125 to mount a set of tires. Tires were way out of balance. Went back to have them balance then and was told balancing is extra. It's not included. He then charged me $40 more dollars to say he balanced the front tire. Nothing changed. Ended up taking it to a different shop and sure enough the tires were way out of balance. I will be done using these people for sure.
For the total price I paid them I could have taken it to franchise shop for less and of course there's no recourse on their end.

Customer Service pretty decent
Business practices is where they lost points. So unlike every other tire shop when you get new tires, they do not balance it and they charge you six dollars per tire to balance it. They make you sign a waiver of liability when you get tires from them saying that if anything happens, they’re not responsible. They charge $60 per used tire. They probably would’ve gotten four or five stars from me but they lost it when I had to drive back because my car was wobbling like crazy and one person telling me $20 per tire and another telling me six dollars per tire . I ended up paying $6 per tire

The prices they charge for used tires is ridiculous. Better off getting brand new tires else where. I bought 2 tires recently. Both already dry rotting. One tire is from 2016 and the other is from 2020. Great customer service though!

I stopped by Express Tire Service on Atlanta Hwy because my tire was loosing air. I knew I had something in it. When I pulled up someone came out to greet me. I told him what was going on. He took the tire off and showed me the problem. He fixed it for $15.00. I didn't have to wait at all for service.. I recommend ?!
