I enjoyed my latest visit and signing a new contract. I waited a little over a month to write a review just to make sure there weren’t any problems with payment and the contract. No issues so far. I signed a contract in late August and both ladies helping me were so helpful. The customer service was exceptional. Both going through the contract and changing out spaces the same day because the space I signed a contract for did not fulfill my needs. Grounds seem well kept but I will say the inside seems a bit warmer than I’m accustomed to for climate control. That may be the only downside I have witnessed so far.

So let’s start with customer service, amazing. I’m new to this area, coming from Florida. So I needed a storage, Nicole Williams explained everything in full detail, walked me through online payments, and gave me several different options. The property is clean and well kept. I highly recommend this storage company. Professional staff, clean and safe location. Wish I could give 10 stars!

The customer service was great and relatively fast! I went in on a Saturday late afternoon( before the office closed )to upgrade the unit I had to a larger size due to a storage emergency (I got new tires put on my vehicle and the place I went to gave me my old set to keep ??). She found a unit in the size I needed quickly and I was able to switch everything out of the old unit to the new one before they closed.

Shamar and Vickey provided great customer service. The facility is clean and secure. Even though they are really great in providing excellent customer service, you guys lost a diamond when the last manager left the company a month ago because of mistreatment and racial harassment from others within the company. She was super nice, great personality and took care of her property and her customers amazingly.

I very much enjoyed my experience at this establishment, very professional,Alan helped us out in finding the right unit for our belongings, he made our moving process so much easier, I feel very confident in the security that they provide they were very well kept units that we looked at, I 100% would recommend this business to anyone needing a place for storage.

Thanks to staff in Montgomery Alabama today for assisting me with better pricing for storage I’ve had for the last 2 years. Thank you so much. I was moving and didn’t know where I was going. I only know I was going somewhere other than where I was already for storage.

Extra Space storage is definitely a 5 star storage place for me. The storage is so clean and I have no worries of any of my items being stolen because the place is so secure. Alan Bagby was so professional and did a great job assuring me that there was no need to worry. Great job Extra Storage Space! You rock!
