James Sanders is not in the sales department (he is the Executive VP of the company) but because he’s a friend of mine he handles most of my transactions and each time he goes above and beyond to make things as easy as possible for me. I was out of town when an order arrived at their warehouse. I had no way of getting my order to my place of business where parents could pick them up to give out as Christmas gifts. James made a special delivery so that parents could put them under their tree for Christmas. He did not have to do that he selflessly volunteered and made it happen. The customer service is top notch. The products are as well. I highly recommend F&E Sportswear if you need personalized swag or vehicle wraps.

Was very DISAPPOINTED!! Ordered a Happy Birthday Banner & asked if they could have it ready in a week. The service representative was great, very pleasant and extremely professional. Although, the day it was suppose to be ready, NO ONE called, I just showed up & they tell me that the printer went out, it was 4pm and they close at 4:30 I was told. The girl that helped me was shocked too, NO ONE told her. The birthday party was that evening at 6pm, I told them I was very disappointed, so the ladies at the front desk were very nice & refunded my deposit back to my credit card & gave me a receipt. I've done business with them before & never had this problem. . .very disappointed that they didn't notify me on the DAY the banner was needed that they couldn't do it.....

The first time I loaded here was smooth and quick. Rodney Tedwell the Forklift driver that loaded me the second time has an very nasty attitude. You tell him how to load your truck and he does the total opposite, and will tell you "load it yourself next time."
