I have a special needs granddaughter and the driver would not drive up my driveway to give us her medication sent from Birmingham. It had to be signed for. Instead he said no one was at home. That was not true.

I have a Walmart order to return. They sent me a label and said I just needed to drop at a fed ex. I even had the box. This place is not well market, didn’t answer the phone and the door was locked when I walked up. I knocked and they came to the door and told me they would charge $2 to tape the box I didn’t even need to bring according to Walmart. FedEx needs to revoke this place’s permit or whatever. Terrible.

My son sent me a courier on 15th February from this center which got lost. I have some important documents, my medicine, glasses, clothes on that package. I called at customer care for so many times. Every time I was told someone will contact/call you. After like 50 days I got call from this center to file for a claim(bcoz only shipper can file a claim) He finally filed a claim, but he said that just bcoz you didn’t get insurance for your package we can give you only $160.My courier’s cost is much more than that. I called at FedEx customer care, they said they issued my check. I’m trying to call this center, but no one picked my call. I called them for 20 times.And even after picking up my call they hanged it. The person who’s working there, told me to call manager in between 9am to 12am. I called them for so many times no one picked the call. This center people are irresponsible, they don’t have care. What was my fault, still I’m suffering a lot. I’m planning to file lawsuit against this center FedEx
