You tell a driver don't speed down your long drive way because your dog's are out, and he says they shouldn't be out and very very RUDE about Don't leave the package or won't deliver any of the packages, then you call Oh it will be delivered tomorrow but nothing comes I think, The better business should get involve,in FedEx to see how the drivers and customer service deals with its customers

Big format printer scanners would not accept instructions after taking my card approval. Only two staff for FedEx and printing services. Self service machines are on their own at your peril.

Absolutely horrible they wrote you to someone in another country who barely speaks English and quotes the script when they’ve lost your package they refused to answer the phone when you call them directly they refused to deliver packages when they can look it up and see your address and it’s valid because their person just decided not to deliver it. Do not use Find a way to get them to use other delivery services because it’s the worst Delivery and customer service I’ve experienced in years

Courtney is "awesome" at remembering things & She personally sat for at least a half hour (or more) & got past the weird computer glitch that 'would not' except my address & let me set up a New FedEx account! Major Kudos!!

Christopher Really Helped me out today came in earlier today 5-19-24 and the young lady couldn't help.... But she tried I went home got my USB and Chris was Able to print out my house Blue prints no problem. Thanks for your assistance

I have been to this location a few times now, and the employees have been consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! On a recent visit, I was shipping a large package for RMA service and initially had difficulty getting the shipping label set up, but the woman at the counter was able to handle it for me without issue! Additionally, I realized that I needed to add information regarding the service request to the box, and they were kind enough to provide me with the supplies I needed!

Our business has used this location for all our printed documents, certificates and more for years now. Always pleasant, professional and prompt. I actually drive past the competition to use this location because of the quality of their service.
