The knoxville fedex freight office staff was very helpful and professional. Evertime I need to ship freight I can take it there and I'm done in a few minutes.

Very unprofessional. Called me one hour before they were to deliver a large parcel that I paid $200 in shipping on and because I was at work and did not answer and return their call until one hour later they were not able to deliver it Friday afternoon but pushed it off until Monday around lunchtime. Terrible customer service and no desire to get the package to the customer.I will never use them again!
