It took this pathetic shipping company 5 days to deliver an OVERNIGHT package. When calling the customer service to find out what was going on with my package, they said this shipping hub didn't answer the phone each time I called (more than 5x). I will refuse delivery of any package that gets delivered at my house and I will pay extra, if needed, to avoid FedEx. There is nothing Express about this company.

Every single time I have to have an order shipped from Fedex, I dread it, because I know that my package will not be delivered on the expected delivery date. Almost EVERY time I get a delivery date on my email, it will tell me that it is expected the next day. Well, next day comes around and they tell me it will be the next day, then AGAIN they will say it is expected the next day. This has happened so many times I lost count. It won't even be bad weather or anything, they just change it for the heck of it. Not to mention their delivery times are awful. When they finally decide to deliver it is at such a late time, sometimes 6 or 7 pm. This infuriates me! Any time I can actually pick a service to use, I ALWAYS choose UPS. They deliver on time, sometimes they are actually early. If I don't get to choose at checkout, I will contact the seller and ask to use UPS even if it cost a few extra $$. I do not recommend using their service AT ALL.

Just got threatened by a fedex driver after he refused to place my 120 pound package on my ground level porch(he had it on a dolly.). Making a police report and will be working on a protection order. In the past he has left medical supplies out in the rain, once even kicking them out of the back of his truck and leaving them in the street. Have called customer support multiple times with ZERO response.

FedEx is the sorriest company ever. They lie about everything especially the customer service representative. They told me that my package would be delivered before 8pm on 5/9/25 . I never saw it!! Then FedEx sent me a message saying that I will be delivered tomorrow between 9:50 and 1:50. If it gets delivered tomorrow it will surprise me because .. FedEx needs to retrain all of there drivers and they need to instill in the driver's that you don't stop delivering until all the packages are where they need to be!!! Most importantly deliver the packages to the right address.. They need to re train the customer service representatives as well because they are clueless!

Driver lied and said no one was at home/business closed. I was home ALL DAY and have lived at my current address for 25 years! Spoke with customer service, they guaranteed delivery next day. WELL, next day, no deliveries either. Called customer service again, (Call center must be in India) service rep said sorry, repeated what previous days rep said but said within an hour that I would receive 2 of my 4 packages. Once again, DIDN'T happen! If my packages aren't delivered tomorrow (Saturday) as promised, I will make it my personal mission to tell everyone that I know to use UPS or USPS always and never use FedEx again because the drivers and customer service reps lie!!

unfortunately many of the employees at several businesses here in this region are not as good as the ones in the past. I think that many have given up on living a good lifestyle. They do not care about the customers at all. They only care about themselves. It is too bad that they choose such a bad lifestyle.

FedEx is the absolute WORST delivery service EVER. They just hold your packages and refuse to deliver them and refuse to allow you to pick your package up from the FedEx location. Isn't this mail theft?

This FEDEX ground location in Montgomery has lost two very important packages and nobody will investigate. I would advise against using FEDEX for this reason. Nobody will call me back and nobody will help find the package.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a delivery thru Fedex! They need to start back sending Alexander City packages back to the Eastaboga facility! I have been waiting on the same package to be delivered to my business since Thursday of last week! They keep putting my package on this Jordan fellow truck and he isn't even attempting to deliver it. I have called customer service every single day and they can’t give me anything but saying it would be delivered by the end of the day since it is a business, then when 6pm comes they “promise” it will be delivered the next morning. This is the 4th business day now and they haven’t even updated the status on the location of my package since 8:10 yesterday morning! They need another number to contact besides customer support cause this is RIDICULOUS!!!!! My husband use to drive for FedEx so I know they are supposed to get business packages delivered by 3pm at the latest and this driver is purposely not even attempting to deliver my package!

Twice in the past 3 weeks I’ve had packages that were labeled with my current address shipped to me. For some unknown reason FedEx placed a yellow label with my old address on the packages and delivered them to a house that is now vacant. You can’t call and talk to a human to determine why they did this and now I worry about ordering anything else because I’m not sure if they will continue to alter the shipping to my old address.

Your driver came to my home, left our package went back again from the yard and took the package back! It was delivered to the correct address however the driver stole the delivery! Unless we get a resolution from fed ex we are taking the video to the local police!!

Somebody at the facility is STEALING!! Box was already opened when I got home and airpods were GONE.
