My appointment was at 10:00 am. Scheduled several days ahead. I got there around 9:45 am, had to park out back as the lot out front was full. Went in, gave my keys and info to the lady working in garage area then I sat, sat, & sat some more in the waiting area. People whose appts were at 11:00 am left before me. People were coming and going while I still sat there. I have a "lifetime of alignments", got a tire rotation and oil change. I did not get to leave until right around 1:45 pm. I was sitting in the waiting area for 4 hours. 4 long hours. The only thing good about it was that the customers who were waiting were great for conversation and I enjoyed "meeting" new folks just by conversing. Then, I had to go back inside after paying and get wet paper towels out of the bathroom because there were greasy hand prints all over my car, which is white and all over the black trim as well as on the steering wheel and my interior door panel. No respect for my car at all. NONE. Sadly enough, I have a "lifetime of alignments" on my truck which is much newer and I hate to take it there. My tan interior will be destroyed! All I can say is plan to wait, but a 4 hour long wait when you have an appointment is a little bit ridiculous! Might I add, I have been a customer at this location for years and years and then some years!

After the response from Firestone to my review, I submitted all of my documentation as they requested and still have not heard a word! Why ask for documentation to prove your points if you have no intentions of doing something about it?

4+ hours waiting for an oil change and tire rotation. If it wasn’t a company vehicle and I was allowed to do it myself, I would’ve had it done within an hour. Absolutely unacceptable. I avoid Firestone like the plague anyways but I have to go where the fleet management company tells me.

Edited from original five-stare review. I've been coming here for over a year and have had a few issues.
1. I came in for an oil change early in 2024 and went home to find my car was leaking oil. I returned to the shop and told the manager that it was leaking. He took my keys and about 20 minutes later handed me my keys back. I asked what was wrong and he told me "Don't worry about it--everything is fixed." I think he didn't want to admit that his technician made a mistake in front of the other customers. I walked outside and talked with the mechanic that had worked on my vehicle and he told me that the technician that preformed the oil change failed to seal and tighten the bolt properly (and that it isn't the first time he did it and will soon be terminated). I didn't like that the manager just blew me off about my concerns.
2. For the past year the papers that they give after "inspections" are complete said my brakes passed the inspection. Didn't worry about it until they started scraping.
I've been a Firestone customer for over a decade but I'm to the point that I don't feel safe having them work on my vehicle.

Superb staff! Joe, Diamond, and Alex were absolutely amazing! My van alternator went out late Friday as I was traveling and Honda was closing so they sent me to Firestone. The staff I mentioned above went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Again, superb staff and I highly recommend them!

Much better than the other Firestones. Did not try to convince me to buy other unnecessary services, they honored and confirmed my appointment time, and fixed my car in a timely fashion. Customer service was great as well.

Tommy is incredible!!! My car wouldn’t start and after calling Firestone, he came to me within minutes to assist with a jump start so I could drive to Firestone. He got me in immediately to have my battery replaced.

Came in bc my tire wasn’t holding tire pressure. I didn’t see a nail but the guys here took care of it. I appreciate the transparency at this location.
