Sitting outside the store at 10:40 AM on Sunday, store is still locked up. The door has store hours posted with the dates, yet they aren't open... You're 40 minutes past the time it states you'd be open today. Frustrating.

Nothing problems when I come in here. Whether it’s to warranty something or to even buy something. Always turns into an argument because of “corporate policy.” Won’t be going back and I suspect they’ll be out of business soon.

Went in and sales guy talked pretty condescending the entire time. Smooth talking kind of guy, upsold everything, warranties, extras, etc. promised what I was buying would do what I wanted it to do and said I could return product if it didn’t work. Sales guy failed to mention that GameStop actually WILL NOT take product back. I called and complained to corporate and was promised that the district manager would call me back. I would have been happy with returning for store credit - but no. Never heard from the district manager. Now they have another well deserved 1 star review for treating people like trash, breaking promises, and not even returning phone calls. Would not recommend. Buy elsewhere!

Came in with questions..got real answers..didn't buy too much..and yet, still got great customer service.. clean & clearly marked sections...not many pre-owned..so bring your wallet

Called up there today to inquire about the stock of the Playstation 5 console because I was going to buy one today as a gift for my brother. The guy answered the phone and constantly repeated whatever I said. I asked if it was any in stock and his replies was “come and find out” “they here today, gone tomorrow” “I bet you would want to know huh, huh, huh”. Felt like it was unprofessional since he didn’t even give me a valid answer. I ended up purchasing one from the Gamestop on Ann Street. Thanks a lot

Mike was fantastic! Best interaction I’ve had with an employee at GameStop. He brought great personality and helped us locate everything we were looking for in the store. He even helped me find things I didn’t go in the store to purchase. Great experience!

Wow the staff here at around 430 to 530pm on Sat May 28th 2022, was extremly rude, short white man w beard and rotund black man. No greeting, I was the only customer in the store so I greeted them asked how they were doing and they clearly made a point to show they were annoyed that a customer came in. Super odd vibes, asked about games and console i wanted to buy and the bearded short man walked away and the rotund fella behind the counter made a snide joke/innuendo about my inquiry assuming the remark went over my head I guess or maybe he was being blatantly derogatory tbh I'm not sure what or why but regardless it was super cringe. In my head I was like im not spending money w these dudes so I said alright u guys have a nice day and left, went straight to the best buy down the street and spent over $500 on system, micro sd memory, controller and a few games...I havent been to this GS location or any GS in a while, this store was once very cool w a professional staff, positive atmosphere but the current employees influenced me to spend my money elsewhere, meaning a different buisness on account of how they interacted w me...tbh i stopped coming to GS a few years back because this isnt the first time this location has been unpleasant, though back when i was a regular here years ago the staff was so enthusiastic and helpful we greeted each other by name made small talk id buy my item and leaving feeling dope about my new purchase, always left w somthing because i enjoyed spending money there back then but w these guys holdin down shop im going to keep shopping online for games instead of going to GS. Yall should really train these fellas better.
