Just did a little Plant Therapy this morning in order to refresh my yard. Rambo Nursery's Associate Broc actually greeted me. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took personal interest in making sure I kept my color scheme while recommending plants that work well in certain atmospheric areas of my yard. I really appreciate Broc! Broc, thank you for rolling out Eastern Blvd. Home Depot's Rambo Nursery's Red Carpet. My yard looks amazing, and the Coreopsis looks great in my hanging baskets. Thanks Broc?!

Store is filthy. Associates are just standing around doing nothing. The when you get ready to check out there are no registers open but the three associates standing at self check out doing nothing refuse to check you out. I don't work for home depot so I won't check myself out. Last two times ineft my purchase at the counter. Won't be back.

Ordered appliances. Delivery was scheduled for yesterday. They never showed. Then changed my date till July 8 without my consent. Not even a phone call. So I canceled the order. No compensation was made.

Don't order appliance from here. After waiting 1 week for delivery. They tried to reschedule my order without my permission or even a phone call. Wanted me to wait an extra week. No compensation was made. So I cancelled the order. How long am I supposed to wait to do laundry? Never doing any more home delivery with install with them. I suggest you all take this warning seriously.

They need separate entry for people going in and out of the garden center separate from where forklifts go in and out. Also could be another way to get people loaded up with mulch and large bags of soil instead if everything out the same entry exit where you stand on both sides to pay. Why should loaders and forklifts go through same place where people are trying to enter and exit.

I've been standing back here on aisle 26 for almost an hour. Multiple pages AND phone calls to customer service. multiple employee pages for assistance.... still NO HELP. Multiple engineers with employees, yet not a single person I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

If you have any questions at this location, ask "Law"! He is really nice, super knowledgeable & very professional. He basically knows this Home Depot like his own yard. I'm not giving these 5 stars to this Home Depot, I'm giving them to Law. He is THAT good!!

Do no buy appliance from Home Depot. Delivery was promised two times and was not delivered. Not even call to explain about not coming reason. Very disappointed!!

I placed a curbside order this morning at 6:00 and in about an hour I already had my email saying it was ready to be picked up. Then upon arrival it’s arguable who was the nicer of the two, the lady that called to confirm which door I was at or the man that brought it out. They were both awesome!

Workers more readily able to assist customers. You are never in & out of the store. No one offers to assist you. I rarely ever use my credit card there. It’s annoying to be confused in location of an item & the employees go the other way to keep from being asked for assistance. Unfriendly, uncaring faces. I always leave & give my business to a vendor that appreciates my customer service. Many big businesses tend to forget whom keep them in business, “customers” my complaint is the Eastern Blvd Montgomery Alabama. The experience is never a pleasant one. Even the greeters still the door fail to offer a smiling & rewarding entry & exit experience..

Dear Home Depot, I know this is probably going on deaf ears but I think it’s ridiculous that you count how many people that are in your store thinking that is all you need to do to protect your employees and customers from covid. Most of the people in the store had no masks or gloves on. What’s the friggin point? You probably have a asymptomatic customers giving coronavirus to other customers. You need to make the people in your store wear masks and if they don’t have one give them one. Don’t be a part of the problem!

They tried to deliver my washing machine to a walmart parking lot because the incompetent employee put in the wrong address for a "ship to store" order. Spent 5 hours on the phone with employees from other stores because no one would answer the phone at the Eastern Blvd store. Today (2 days later) I spent 45 minutes on the phone with their corporate office. Had to cancel my washing machine order that I waited on for over a week due to this bs. BTW they also over-charged me. Watch out for these folks. Not worth the time or effort. Go to the Chantilly store, they have employees who ACTUALLY work for their pay!
