Super friendly and helpful staff! One of my favorite things about this place is the fact that they won’t feed you a bunch of BS! Helen was very helpful showing me where the products were, and when she didn’t know all of the answers to my questions, she asked the manager for help. As much stuff as they have, there’s no way you can know everything, but I’ve been to several places where they’ll make stuff up, not here. If they don’t have the answer they’ll get the right one for you! Definitely an A+ staff, and that guy that works in there is like a walking encyclopedia, not going to lie, I googled some of the stuff afterwards to fact check what he told me and he was spot on. Will definitely be back!

Best Experience Ever! If you’re looking for a store with a staff that cares, look no further, go see Todd at GNC next to Winn Dixie. I’ve been shopping at GNC for a long time, normally going to the mall, but I’ve never had an experience like I did today. When I went in Todd was the only person working, and if it had been me, I’d have been overwhelmed, there were at least 6 other customers, but the way he moved around talking and helping everyone was definitely something to see, and that’s coming from someone who has worked retail for over 20 years! I told him what I was looking for, and he didn’t just give me some sales pitch and say oh here buy this. He asked me about my diet, what kind of workouts I was doing, what my goals were; and he really tailored everything to me personally. When a sales person tells you to save $10 and buy a different product because it would be better for what you are wanting, that’s a place that’s doing it right. On a side note, he actually recommended a couple of different things to help with my meal prepping, by far the best dinner I’ve ever cooked, and my kids loved it to, best part is, it was healthy!!!! Bottom line, for the best customer service experience EVER, go see Todd!!!!

Trying to stay healthy..... But hated they didn't have the items I usually get. The associate did try her best to see if it was in the warehouse to have it shipped, but I was out of luck.........

DUDE!!!! I previously had a bad experience at this store about a year ago and haven’t been back since. My normal place was out of what I wanted, so I decided to swing by. I have never had someone as knowledgeable as Todd at the Vaughn Rd Store! He wasn’t about pushing product trying to sell me something, he took the time to find out what I needed and made the recommendations that were best for me, even saving me a little bit of money over what I would have spent! This guy knows his stuff, and will definitely do right by you! I will not shop anywhere else again!!!
