Smarty pants pharmacist -Issued a generic medicine that wasn't same as prescribed because how reacted inside body. Tried unsuccessfully in explaining differences in medications as warned by my doctor, but that obstinacy pharmacist rather showed temper tantrum outburst in front of everyone as if she was great obstinacy. A professional would spoke with customer in privacy rather than express to others confidental information to strangers. I stopped talking when she went bonkers. I asked cashier to credit account, returned wrong medication, and after that was completed I said close out my account, think you all know why. Thanks.Follow up -I be damned assumed once that drug store saw numbers of ?, one was calling to apologize. Nope....Wanted me to come back to face that obstinacy individual to pickup correct medication claiming got correct prescription.Seriously, either caller was unaware of yesterday's event, or could just careless.Either way I said no thanks, I'm no longer doing business with Adams Drugs of Montgomery. Caller was speechless, line went silent so I hung up, and crawled back under warm blanket.Oh well, that's what happens when ones allow tantrums to control their character.Thanks viewers for being inspiring.

Adams has very friendly staff! The things I would like to see changed are having medications available the same day especially if it’s one you get on a monthly basis. I would like to have a drive through available as well because when your sick you don’t want to have to get out of your car. The last thing I would like to see is having an online service available to fill medications. The store hours are limited as well & being closed on Sundays is great for the staff, but inconvenient when you need something filled because your sick. I’m not trying to rant because I dislike them, but the things mentioned I believe could improve the quality of care to customers.

The pharmacist here really helped me out. I normally pick up my refills at the Adams downtown, but I had some things come up and they were closed on the weekend. The pharmacist here was able to give me enough medication to get me through the weekend until I could pick up my refill at my normal location. Very helpful and friendly.

I love Adam's Drugs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They know you. It's kind of like the old sitcom Cheers, where everyone knows your name. Their prices are very reasonable. The Pharmacists are very knowledgeable.

I have used Adam's Drugs on Mitchell Drive for over 15 years, over the last year there have been a few "mistakes" where my orders were short, wrong, or failed to be delivered. Today I called upset as my child's medication was not delivered only to be told it was ready for pick up and they forgot to deliver it. When asked if that could be fixed as was their error, I was put on hold for 15 minutes. Then a woman came back on to tell me there wasn't anything to be done as they DIDN'T even have the medication at the store. They have my number and information and didn't communicate at all. When I got upset I was hung up on. The pharmacist are great but the front staff has deteriated and failed my order so many times now that I left the small business for chain stores that actually have my medication and will communicate.

Great service but should update your hours. Says you close at 3 on Saturdays and came today at 1:30 and they were already closed so now I have to wait until Monday!

customer service has changed... don't depend on Adam's on Mitchell Drive. Myself, our Hospice nurse and my dying sister all asked to be put on CALL LIST when medication was ready. After FOUR times of not receiving notifications for dire meds, we give up on their supposedly family care. I personally spoke with a pharmacist the first time, explained her immediate need, explained she was dying and in extreme pain. I guess that just was a waste of time. This last time, I went off on the person answering the phone. I did however apologize when I got there and explained how I expected better service from my pharmaceutical company... i.e. Adam's Drugs. Not once did the pharmacist come down to speak to me. They just let the young person at the desk field my frustration and wrath. I'd say that just bad business.

Adams drug has a wonderful staff of employees any concerns you have they will help you out and answer!
