Love Adam's on Vaughn Road.They are always so friendly.I need name brand medications, and they can have it the next afternoon.They are delightful to work with.A huge plus is that they know your name when you get there.Before using Adam's, I used CVS and Walgreens. A world of difference in customer service.Give them a try. I believe you will feel the same.

I feel a bit hesitant sharing all this because I don't want it to get too busy like those big-box pharmacies. But Adams deserves every bit of praise. It's not just a drugstore, it's a key piece of the local community that hasn't forgotten the importance of personal touch.There was a time when pharmacists knew you by name and were considered a trusted part of your healthcare team. However, the advent of corporate giants in the industry swept away this personalized touch. Fortunately, at Adams Drug, the traditional pharmacist-customer relationship is alive and well.If you're anything like me, you've likely experienced frustration with the national chain pharmacies that dominate the landscape. My turning point came when I started observing the pharmacists at these chains. They were constantly in the back, racing against time, drenched in sweat, and struggling to catch their breath amidst an overwhelming workload. I found it impossible to continue supporting a corporation that fails to provide a suitable work environment for their frontline staff.Adams Drug on Vaughn Rd. is a real find. It feels as if you're going back in time when you walk in, not because it's old, but because they remember what customer service used to be like. They've managed to keep that classic care while keeping up with the times.The people there are what make the difference. Everyone you come across is friendly, skilled, and just plain real. The staff is excellent. Very professional and still has personal touch. If they can’t fill your med, they’ll work very hard to make sure you can get it in time and I can say from experience that some chain pharmacies aren’t as concerned about something like this as they are.

Exceptional and friendly customer services and the best communication I have ever had with a pharmacy! This location is on point with informing me when my prescription (s) is ready and with text reminders. I know my prescription will just sit on a shelf for a week, without providing me with updates for when my medication will be available. Thank you for such wonderful service!

I will never use Adam’s drugs again especially this location. The new staff is completely rude and unprofessional to scream out customers medications is completely inappropriate. The lady to left has the worst attitude of all. I pray they never get treated they way they just treated me. Remember doctors prescribe medications for people for a reason it’s not for other to know about!

Worst customer service ever. I choose to go to Adam’s for the small chain and the friendly customer service even referring friend family and love ones here. Unfortunately. After my last experience it is my last.

Having had to wait a few times for prescriptions that were not filled despite being submitted 2-3 days prior I have learned customer service nor hospitality is a priority at this particular pharmacy. Definitely not your home town stop! For me they didn’t bother to notify me of a lack of inventory when filling a prescription (after waiting a few days to pick it up), another time they hardly helped with locating shelf items, they answer other customer phone calls with less than motivated tones, and they proved willing to make things more complicated for myself when it was no benefit to them or myself.

Very unprofessional pharmacy. Too many pharmacy technicians are involved in the prescription filling process, deciding who needs what and when and likely that some ALBOP regulations are being broached. With some meds, the immediacy of the need is patently obvious...unless you’re a trained buffoon. My remarks are predicated on over forty years as a successful community pharmacist. Whatever happened to patient care? It apparently disappeared when these quasi-professionals set up shop.

Dr.s Writes prescription for 3 months then Adam's only fills for 1 month so switched to publix who refills for the amount that the dr.s has prescription for but Adam's will not give prescription to publix sat there for over 20 minutes waiting on hold for Adam's to do it highly recommend stay away from Adam's on Vaughn road would give them negative stars if could

I've been using Adams drugs for over 10 years and I've always been very happy and satisfied with my experience, however within the past few months things have gone down hill drastically. I am not one to complain about businesses or their staff but I feel it's necessary...after years and years of being loyal customers, Lamar and Kristen treated me and my family with absolute disrespect multiple times over the phone. I asked a simple question about a medicine I was taking and both talked to me with utter disrespect. I was shocked and saddened but ultimately very mad that they lashed out at me over a simple question. They no longer have my service & I would highly recommend thinking twice before using them.
