Oh my goodness. This was disturbing & disgusting. Workers were all sitting down and some were eating food on the floor as customer shopped. Floor was so bad it looked as though it had NEVER BEEN vacuumed. They were playing profain music and so loud I could not concentrate. Management needs to be fired and personnel as well. Will NOT be going back.

They "try" to sell things that doesn't work or no power cords. I was interested in a recliner ( electric with a USB port/foot control) on the side. But no electrical cord

Good selections?. Had not really much of “warm welcome” employees. What’s wrong with someone asking how much something already sold went for? Nasty attitude about simple things if you ask me. Other than that, the nicer employees make the place stand out.

Terrible service, I wanted to try on some pants for work and the manager had the fitting rooms closed and I asked her if I could use them and she said no but the store has a policy that there are no exchanges and no refunds. I understand that they set their policies but sometimes the pants They don't always fit the same one, that's why I wanted to try them on. Maybe they thought that someone wanted to steal them, not even in a brand name clothing store and not even if they were new.

Pros:Nice selection of men's clothes compared to other thrift stores. Most of the employees were nice, and I was greeted upon walking in.Cons: I found a bike for sale and asked if I could test ride it. The employees were fine with it; however, whoever the manager or owner was was very against me test riding the bike. I offered to leave my ID with them while I test ride the bike, in front of the store, and was met with no reconsideration. She was very firm in not letting me test ride the bike. I just wanted to see if my knees would be clear of hitting anything since I'm 6'4. I understand she runs the store, she makes the rules. However, I wish she could have taken a second to reconsider. She could have been a little kinder in the way she spoke as well. I still bought the bike. I can always resale it later if I end up not liking it :P

So, from the clerk. I was told at the door. They close in five minutes it's was 10 til 5pm. But on yelp it says closing at six. I said online it says six. He said you must have been looking at the Blvd location. I said no it said the your location. He said well we close at five. Just very rude. Im guessing that others have walked in after they get off work to find that they close at five instead of six like it says online.

new here & have stopped in a few times, i've always had luck finding items ranging from business clothes, shoes, and trendy items! stores nicely organized, clean and the staff is so sweet they're always so interactive, helpful, and nice! since covid it's hard to find, but their dressing rooms are open!

The store is clean and organized. The staff had great personalities and were very helpful. The prices were reasonable and negotiable. Great place to shop.

My granny was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and has already started rummaging and donating items without recalling. Although we couldn’t find any of the big items I was trying to retrace, Ashley was a very helpful employee. She was understanding and looked for me when I couldn’t make it in myself and helped when I was in store. Much thanks to Ashley!
