We loved our experience working with Jimmy! One specific thing I can call to mind is that Jimmy was willing to have a quick last-minute zoom meeting with us to help explain some documents we were signing that we didn't understand! It was extremely reassuring to have someone that was so helpful as first time home owners! Would definitely recommend!

The process was smooth. Working with the loan officers at guild is very straight forward. They will support you with any questions you have by text, email, or phone call. The all have great personalities and gives you confidence when communicating with them. They make sure you understand what you are doing and would review any documents with you for you to get a better understanding.

I had always heard how difficult and tiring is was to deal with mortgage companies and I was intimidated about the process. My sister recommended Jimmy Parsons with Guild saying he and the company were the best to deal with. This was my first mortgage process so I took her advice. I am glad I did. They were professional, patient, and they always kept me updated on the process. I had only dealt with a mortgage company on the selling end of my house and it was a dreadful experience. With Jimmy and Guild, it was a breeze. Uncomplicated and easy to follow. They directed me step by step and I couldn't have been happier with my experience.
