Scheduled 2 haircuts with L. Came in from out of town. Turns out L doesn't work on day of scheduled cuts. Person who did cuts isn't very good and did not listen to request. Needless to say, won't go there again

Positive experience. Its a very Christian atmosphere. Professional, licensed, and clean.I did a walk-in with no appointment for color and they kindly called their new stylist to come in to do my hair. She was knowledgeable and chatty. I have naturally dark hair that has been dyed to a platinum blonde color. She successfully bleached, colored, and toned my roots to match the rest of my hair which is very challenging. She was honest about the damage in my hair and suggested I cut off three inches, which we proceeded to do.Price wise is on the higher end of average. Not unusually high but not the cheapest you can get in the area. 100% worth the price for the good quality you receive.

I had a terrible experience. I’m getting ready to celebrate my birthday so I wanted to get my hair dyed to look my best.When I got there I showed her a photo of what I wanted (photo 1)cold read color. My hair is now a bright orange color (photo 2) and I’m going to have to dye it myself to fix what she did. So I’ve wasted $120 bucks to look like a pumpkin.When she was done I told here that this was not the color I wanted or the color she had agreed to but was casually dismissed with a “don’t worry. It will get more red as it dries.” This is not the color that I want and I am very disappointed.Definitely I wouldn’t recommend it!
