staff very rude, male cashier seem like he didn’t even wanna attend us and made a face when we walked up to pay and didn’t say a word at all.

The staff are very rude and have an attitude. The person who is supposed to be helping customers in the changing rooms is sitting there shouting at people to fold the clothes or put them in the hanger. If you ask for help they act like you are doing them a favor. This does not happen in any other respectable store.
I will no longer be coming to this store and do not recommend anyone to come here until they reeducate their staff on etiquette and good customer service.

I haven’t been treated that way in a store in a LONG time. Not one sales associate asked me a question during my half hour browsing the store. I then went to try on clothes where there was also no sales associate, so I grabbed myself a changing room (which was absolutely disgusting, dust bunnies all over the floor, gum on one of the hooks for hanging items, and make up all over the back of the curtain). After about 5-10 minutes of trying things on a woman came back with a very demanding tone yelling about bringing our clothes back out and hanging them on the rack. I grabbed the clothes I tried on as well as others that were left in the room. She then asked me where all my hangers were and I let her know not everything had a hanger that was left in the room prior to me entering. She looked at me like I was stupid. H&M needs to do a clean out of these terrible employees. I will absolutely not step foot in that store again, it was incredibly uncomfortable.

I’m not shocked by the 1-star reviews—this is easily the worst H&M I’ve ever been to. Every visit has been a negative experience, to the point where I now only shop online.
The customer service is abysmal. An older woman with colored eye contacts was rude from the start, acting like assisting customers was a burden. I attempted to return online purchases in-store, which should have been simple given H&M’s 2024 Holiday Return Policy clearly states returns are accepted until January 31, 2025. Instead, she outright refused, falsely claiming I had to return by mail because she couldn't do it. Even after showing her the policy, she insisted on lying rather than just doing her job.
I ultimately returned my items by mail, proving she either didn’t know store policies or just didn’t care. Avoid this location if you want basic customer service—you're better off sticking to online shopping.

Everytime i come in the store, the associates behind the counter pay more attention to each other than the customers. It's beyond pathetic. No greeting, no did you find everything OK, no thank you for shopping. Where are the Chic fil et associates when you need them. Loves and Buccee's Travel Center has better service than H/ M Eastchase.

Jazzy or Jasmine needs to be fired. Zero customer service and no respect for customers. Jazzy is very rude and arrogant. Misbehave with customer. Worst experience ever in my entire life. I will complaint about Jazzy definitely sure.

Learn what working means and do your job with a smile.
We were not locals rather tourists in the area.
Need better staff HnM. Def not this.

Pathetic staff, zero customer service and no respect for customer. Literally they misbehave with customer. Especially lady staff, they were rude. Don’t buy from this store. Worst experience ever in my entire life.

The manager there deserves her flowers. Sweetest kindest woman. Shortstaffed on one of the biggest weekends of the year and she managed to go above and beyond to help me out.
