This was a great hotel with a great selection for breakfast! We stopped on our road trip down to Florida and the rooms were comfortable. We came in late and it was easy to get a room and get settled.Rooms: We got the king size bed room. It was nice and had everything we needed.

Great staff, clean room, nice stay. Gal working the breakfast area was busy as a bee, keeping the food and dining area clean and stocked. Didn't catch her name, but if you're listening holiday inn ... we give her 5 stars as well.

Great hotel. Very quiet and clean. Rooms felt a little smaller than on Holiday Inns that I stay in but it was comfortable.

Very clean rooms!! Staff was polite. Although the area was a little busy at night, we did not have any trouble with noise while sleeping. Several restaurants close by. Highly recommended if you are looking for a clean and quite place to stay in Montgomery. About a 20-25 minute drive to the casino.

I have no idea how this location has so many stars. I would feel safer sleeping in my car at a truck stop. The staff was pleasant but believe me when I say it wasn't about them. The room smelled of stale cigarettes and hadn't been updated since 1975. The floor slanted so bad the tv was tilted back. For your viewing enjoyment I took the liberty of including a photo of what was happening just outside of the parking lot. If you need a place to stay, stay at the Eastchase location.

Booked this hotel as a longer trip, pass thru to the beach 1 night. Room was clean, staff was friendly, hot breakfast was a bonus, no complaints from me! I have stayed at many places in Montgomery over the years, this was definitely one of the the best value stays we've had. Sure we've stayed in nicer, but you're paying a bit more too. This place is by far better than some of the others in the same category. I would absolutely stay here again.

The rooms and service are amazing at this location, but the location is not so good. We were told by some of the works at a restaurant close by go straight to our room when we got done eating and stay until morning. There were a lot of homeless people walking around all hours of the night. Just beware of your surroundings if you decide to stay at this location.Rooms: Very clean

•Hotel Location: It is great that the hotel is located right off the interstate, nearby a few local gas stations. I just don’t like where it’s actually sitting at; it looks like a slum area. The hotel is in close proximity to tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping centers.•Parking: Not enough parking available for the many guests/rooms that they have here. Guests had to create parking spots, which was ghetto. Then on my day of checkout, I noticed that someone hit the back of my vehicle and scratched/dented it up really bad.•Staff: There was only one person who I truly appreciated during my check-in and check-out process was Ms. Williams, and she was helping train two individuals. She was very helpful, professional and accommodating. She got the job done in an orderly manner!Now on the other hand of the staff, I’ve come across two front desk agents (AM agent young boy with locs and PM agent lady with braids) who were not as professional nor articulate in their wording while responding to me. As a front desk agent myself, I would have gotten a disciplinary write-up for the way they responded to me when all I needed was answers and assistance.I was distraught when Housekeeping woke me out of my sleep and entered my room before I could even respond. It would have been helpful if the check-in agents had notified me that housekeeping was daily and not only during check-out. I’m used to being in hotels where housekeeping is ONLY BY REQUEST. I was told to place a ''Do Not Disturb'' sign on my door so that they won’t enter my room without my approval. I shouldn’t even have to do that! Then to make matters worse, they came into my room an hour before the hotel’s check-out time, even though I paid for two nights. I don’t even think housekeeping knew I was staying another night until I mentioned it.•Rooms: My room was small but comfortable. I was able to sleep cozily. The bathroom was small, however the shower felt amazing! The TV kept getting dim as watching it, which was very annoying. The refrigerator in my room kept making loud noises as well. I was upset that my room didn’t come with a microwave! I thought all the rooms would have both a refrigerator and microwave. AC felt amazing!•Hotel Amenities: There’s a pool and fitness center. The pool was green looking, which I didn’t trust getting in.•Complimentary Breakfast: The breakfast was okay. Great variety.•Overall Hotel: Hallways and Elevators Smelled Horribly. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again, if I were to ever visit Montgomery, AL. again.

Just checked in for overnight stay. The aesthetics of the surrounding property might deter you but this location is an oasis with a clean room, fluffy duvet covers and pillows plus an indoor heated pool! I saw several military personnel checking in too. Close to everything and free parking. I will update after eating breakfast tomorrow morning.Rooms: My room didn't have a microwave.

I booked 2 rooms. One for my wife and I and one for my daughter and her family. We arrived on Friday to prepare to attend my wife’s mothers funeral on Saturday. That night my daughter called me saying that when she went to shower she stated that there was dirty wash clothes left in the shower. She called the front desk and was at first offered extra points, she said that she wasn’t a member and was looking for some kind of adjustment. The person stated that no manager was on duty but before she left the next morning she would speak to a manager so that when my daughter checked out they would have something to help with. When she went to check out no manager was on duty and none would be in until 3 that afternoon. She was told that when the manager came in the desk person would let the manager know and that my daughter would be contacted that afternoon. Later on that day she was contacted and an adjustment was made.My wife went to take a shower on Saturday morning and she accidentally spilled some water on the floor. When she went to dry it up the side of the towel she used was basically turned black. We didn’t mention it because it was going to be a long stressful day and had other things on our mind. The next morning when my wife completed her shower she dried up some water and that towel she used also turned somewhat black. Then when I showered the shower/tub had a draining problem and there was as much as 4 inches of standing water. I took pictures of both the water in the tub and the towel from that morning used to dry the floor. When I checked out I brought both up to the desk person who stated that one someone had reported the draining problem with the tub and two she offered me points. I told her that because of what I and my daughter had to deal with and I really wasn’t a fan of HIE anymore that I preferred some adjustment on my bill. I was told the same thing as my daughter but I never got a call. I filled out a survey to include all of our issues and asked to be contacted and yet all I got was an email from the manager but no mention of my issue. I emailed her back and have yet to hear back.

so dirty and bed bugs everywhere there was also blood in the bathroom and on the sheetsit looked like someone had menstruated all over the hotel roomit also STANK like someone had sprayed windex over a shit but never actually cleaned up the shit so it was mixed smells. (+chlorine)I DO NOT RECOMMEND

A comfortable bed with fluffy pillows and much-needed AC. However, the handicapped-accessible room we requested was on the third floor and we had to push a bed against the wall to make room for the wheelchair. It's a lovely room for travelers...I wanted to stay all day and .

Very nice place to stay. I got a King room for two nights. It's super clean. Nice bed and bedding. Clean bathroom with all the amenities. No foul odors anywhere!! Lots of pillows and towels. Quiet and cozy. Did I mention updated and clean?

Good & friendly service. Easy parking. Breakfast is good. They have pancakes, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal...Rooms were clean & comfortable. Only downside is the wifi was terrible. Couldn't watch YouTube and struggled to download podcasts. If you need a good internet connection for work or leisure maybe try somewhere else.
