“Updated. I had a left another review under a different account because I was having problems accessing this one. I updated the other and just figured out how to get back into this one.. But the manager has really done a great job in turning this store around. I was intent on not using them again. But they are the only ones close.. Since my last review here and from the other account, the manager has made a lot of positive differences. 🙂

Worse TSC location. 1st store is always unorganized. Everytime I have placed an online order it is always jacked up. never ready when they say it's ready then when you get there and jist go tp get it yourself the employees are supposed to help you they go back there with me , then someone else ask them something and they walk of lf with them . It has happened 3 different times! Like I am not even there and they were not helping me. One time a girl said give her 5 minutes. 25 minutes later she still had not come back some other guy come by me and said give him just a few minutes he will be right back. 20 minutes later no 1 came back Over an hour of my life I will not get back because of my online order that was suppose to be ready . so today I'll gavrle it another chance order online one bag of horse feed 1 salt block. Not ready, Cashier asked other employees to help. He looked at me like I was stupid. So I just grabbed the cart to get it myself. No feed on the shelf. Asked a girl , she went to the the back, came back and said, its on the bottom of the pallets. and they do not unload until tomorrow. I canceled my order and will not be back. Most ridiculous location. Smdh..”

“Had to pick up a few small things for Christmas. Was really struggling to find what I needed and an associate helped me go right to it. She didn’t act like I was a bother she had the best attitude unfortunately I didn’t get her name.”

“I, had the best experience ever with Jamille Grant at store 0883. My first encounter in the store with another associate wasn’t so great. I was told something totally different and I wasn’t pleased. One evening I took a chance and called the store because I really wanted that storm door. I was connected with Jamille he was so patient with me, explained everything to me, even emailed me the door I wanted and told me it was available for me to purchased but had to be ordered. Because, of Jamille I returned to the store 07/25/26 and purchased the storm door I wanted. He was even nicer in person but my encounter over the phone with him was the reason I returned. Jamille, told me several times allow me to make it right for you. He did just that!!! I loved everything about my experience with this young man. He went over and beyond my expectations!!
