Their mistakes led to me paying a penalty to IRS worth $140 which I didn’t owe. IRS sent me a check refunding me that amount. Their other mistake cost me another $150+ double tax which I don’t think I will get back. This was their service after charging me over $350!! The tax consultant I worked with was very bad with communication. Which made everything worse. Overall bad experience. Will I recommend anyone.. no!

Sumalee at H&R block I went to was AWESOME!!! She's always so sweet, hilarious and very knowledgeable!!! She always makes sure we understand and have our questions answered before completing our taxes!!! That woman needs a raise!!! ???
