My daughter was driving from Florida to Tennessee and got into a wreck in Montgomery, AL. She was on a ramp off 85, it was raining and the vehicle was inoperable. I was 5 hours away…I’m sure you can imagine the worry and stress! I contacted my insurance company, who contacted Ideal Roadside for vehicle towing. Rashad and Dude from Ideal Roadside reached out to me within 5 minutes and were assisting my daughter within 20 minutes. They were able to get my daughter to a safe place and help get everything out of the vehicle for her. I rarely give reviews, but this is one worth giving! I appreciate how quick they were present, their professionalism and the care they provided us at such a crucial time! I highly recommend Ideal Roadside! Thank you Rashad and Dude! You are greatly appreciated!

Went through my insurance company to get my car towed 2 mins away from where it was located. Tow truck came and stated his tow truck was not able to fit in the driveway. He was supposed to call someone with a smaller truck to come out. Didn’t hear anything else back within almost 2 hours. I called dispatch and was told they would be out in 10 mins. I was ok with that but soon as I got off the phone I received a text message they weren’t able to come out and tow my vehicle. Very dissatisfied with this company and their service. Will never recommend.

Brandon at Ideal Roadside was a true professional! We had a blowout on a Sunday afternoon 4 hours away from home when most auto repair places were closed.
