On Monday, December 8, my boyfriend brought my 2021 Audi A6 to Audi Montgomery for a recommended service, and the experience was extremely disappointing given the standards I expect from an Audi dealership.
At drop-off, the service advisor, Charles Duster, was informed that the vehicle was being brought in for a recommended service. However, an oil change was performed without approval from either my boyfriend or me, and it was a service the vehicle did not need.
My boyfriend ended up paying the $271 for the service, but he still questioned who authorized it. He called me so I could speak directly with Mr. Duster. When asked who approved the oil change, Mr. Duster stated that the online request “just said recommended service,” which he considered vague. He also mentioned that performing the actual 60K inspection would have been more expensive.
It’s never about the price—it's about proper authorization and accurate service. I bring my vehicle to a dealership so it is handled professionally, with clear communication and correct maintenance recommendations.
Despite my car being close to 60K miles, the 60K inspection was not recommended or performed, even though that is the appropriate service at this mileage. Instead, an unnecessary oil change was completed without consent. As a result, my Audi app now incorrectly shows the next service as 70K, even though the 60K service was never done.
This experience shows a lack of communication, failure to follow authorization procedures, and incorrect updating of my service history. I expect far better from an Audi dealership and hope this issue is addressed appropriately moving forward.

Shaun McCall at Audi Montgomery provided outstanding service in November and December 2025 throughout the process of discussing with me and ultimately selling me a low-mileage used Audi that I had targeted from the dealership’s website. I live in Washington state and wanted to acquire the last model S5 Cabriolet (2024) to replicate my memorable driving experiences over the past ten years with the 2016 model of the same car. Shaun provided assistance with vehicle data and history, responding to all of my requests and questions. His help continued through the test drive and purchase process when I flew to Montgomery, and managed the shipment process to WA with a shipper I had selected. Shaun was responsive, informative, and transparent throughout our dealings. I am very happy with my purchase and that I was fortunate to deal with a salesman of high integrity.

One of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had.
I was approved for financing on a vehicle I really wanted and was simply waiting for a number sheet to review what I’d be paying before signing the final paperwork. Instead of sending that information or giving me a chance to finish the deal, they sold the car to someone else without even notifying me.
My credit was already run, my approval was confirmed, and I was ready to buy — yet the communication and professionalism were completely lacking. Nancy, the representative I worked with, never followed up or gave me a clear explanation.
I trusted Audi of Montgomery to represent a luxury brand with honesty and respect, but this experience was the opposite. If you’re considering doing business here, be very careful and get everything in writing before you let them run your credit or trust their word.

This review is specifically for the service dept. I called and made an appointment on Wednesday to have my vehicle serviced today Friday 10/10/25. I asked when I made the appointment if I could have a loaner car. The rep did inform me she could not book it bc she did not know if one would be available. Upon arriving for my service I asked if a loaner was available and was told they did not have any and my service shouldn’t take that long then as I’m sitting in the waiting area another customer asked his advisor if he could a car to get food and run errands. His adviser said no I can do that for you and got him a car. The service manager stated it was pre scheduled but it was not . I was literally sitting in the same waiting area as the other customer when the conversation was had. I will never return to this location for service.

Drove from 8 hours away to buy and Audi Q5 Premium Plus; contacted Shaun McCall ahead of time and coordinated a meeting time. Upon arrival we met him we did a test drive he was very friendly. We then went inside and proceeded to purchase their signing the initial paperwork it took all of 45 Minutes; We then waited a total of 7 hours to complete the sale; We sat in chairs for 4 hours waiting to meet the finance guy with no lunch. We then got in there despite being able to pay in cash they advised we would have to initiate a wire on my end (This presented an issue since bank was not open to make the wire) Proceeded to try to use a check (advised check type I had was not acceptable). The finance guy was zero help. I then went to the sales manager who I advised I had the money in the account, check, and a card. He advised we could do finance paperwork and that if wired on Monday we could disregard it. I then agreed, waiting an hour with no movement, I was now 2 hours late returning a rental car which cost me 200 extra dollars. I then asked sales manager and salesmen who were in office talking how much longer and advised wouldn't be that much longer (Despite multiple people who showed up after us being taken back first). I then advised that I needed to return my rental car as it was late, and they advised ok with no offer to pick me up from the rental car. I then Ubered back for an additional cost. We intended on driving home but after showing up 11AM and leaving at 6:30 PM we were only able to drive a few hours before having to get a hotel. Upon my return I finished this nightmare of deal wiring the money. In summary, the worse car buying experience I have ever had, Shaun was good but over worked with too many sales, finance guy was terrible. It was incredibly painful process for my wife who had been looking for months to purchase this car.
The previous new car purchase I had took less than an hour and I paid in cash with the dealer initiating the transfer.

Dominic at Audi was fantastic to work with. He was super responsive, prompt in returning my calls, and kept me updated every step of the way. He made the whole service experience smooth and stress-free. Charles was also great and helped ensure everything was done efficiently. Was looking to purchase a new vehicle but i guess i didnt look like i had money pulling up in my honda. Man was answered one question and walked off then a woman came out and was extremely rude. I took my business elsewhere. Went to Cadillac and purchased a brand new vehicle. It was a Pretty Woman moment for sure!!

UPDATE: manager called and asked if he could fix the issue after I posted this review, but I was too upset at that point to deal with Montgomery again. Took my Q5 to Pensacola and they immediately replaced the all wheel drive clutch. Said it was a common issue for Q5s and were great to work with.
Took my Q5 for service to this dealership. They kept it for three weeks and couldn't duplicate the issue I get every time I drive it. And on top of that, I could not get them to communicate. It would be days before they responded to a call or text. Finally, I just picked it up and immediately had the same issue. Seeing as the brake rotors were completely rusted over, I’m convinced they didn’t even try to find the issue as it’s still under warranty.

I had an awesome experience buying my Audi A5 from Bryan this past Saturday. He was very knowledgeable about the car and he took the time get to know me and my family on a personal level instead of treating us like just another sale.
