I recently had an extremely disappointing vehicle repair experience at the Nissan Dealership at Jack Ingram Motors, located at 217 Eastern BlvdMontgomery, AL 36117, and decided to leave a review to share my experience.I initially visited the Dealership on October 25, 2023 to have some recalls taken care of. While I was there, I advised William Kendrick, the advisor assigned to me, that only my passenger side was blowing heat and the driver side was blowing cold air. Mr. Kendrick advised me that it was my actuator that was gone bad and that they've been having to repair those lately and that the repair cost would be roughly $1,800. I told him I would give him a call back to have that scheduled since this conversation was held after I was picking my truck up for the completion of the recall repairs.The initial quote provided for the repair was reasonable and within my budget, soI scheduled a follow-up appointment for the repair and took my vehicle back on Nov. 20th. Mr. Kendrick asked me again during our phone call what was wrong with my vehicle and I told him once again. I then asked about how much and he said it was a pretty costly repair and he quoted again the it would be roughly right at $1800. After a few hours had passed, Mr. Kendrick called me and advised that the price of the part had gone up and instead of $1,850 the new repair cost would now be $3,100. I was astounded to find out that the cost had been significantly increased over the initial quote and advised Mr. Kendrick that I did not want to proceed with the repair due to the drastic increase in the repair cost. This increase left me feeling cheated and that Mr. Kendrick was trying to take advantage of me.Upon returning to the dealership to pick my vehicle up, I was presented with an invoice for $149. When I questioned the invoice, I was advised that it was due to they had to do their own diagnostic. In the two previous conversations that I had with Mr. Kendrick, he never mentioned anything about a diagnostic charge or fee, so I advised the cashier if I could speak with Mr. Kendrick, because even she thought that it would be a sign and go. I asked what was the fee for because I was never told there would be a charge even after he called me to tell me the new price and I declined services. He walked away and I then asked the cashier if the advisor on my invoice was the same person I had spoke with and she said yes. As soon as I asked that, Mr. Kendrick came back upfront and stated he would take care of invoice.This encounter left me feeling that Mr. Kendrick and the Nissan Dealership were untrustworthy and their pricing practices were unethical. I hope that by sharing my experience, others will be more cautious and hopefully avoid the experience that I encountered.

Was able to purchase a new vehicle from Roderick Jones with Jack Ingram Motors. In the past when I have bought vehicles or looked into purchasing, he has always been so helpful, and he was just as great this time as well. He goes above and beyond to help his customers.

Everything went well. I didn't arrive there until 4 pm, I was advised, they didn't do oil changes after 4pm. When I advised the young man I drove from Selma, he advised me they would go ahead & change my oil. I was so appreciative ❤️

My most recent experience was not a good one. I had to come to the dealership 3 consecutive times to get an issue resolved and it still wasn't resolved. I paid $175 for a diagnostic check that didn't even scratch the surface on the issues/repairs my car needed. I am very disappointed with the service and the amount of money I paid just to have to take my care to get a service inspection somewhere else because Nissan failed to do it right the first, second and third time!!!! It was a waste of money and time! The only good thing they have going is their coffee machine.If I could give zero (0) stars I would!

There was a slight manufacturing issue with the initial purchase but Ryan got me an alternate. It was not the fit for me but that didn’t stop Ryan from helping my husband keep his wife happy. I probably worked their nerves but they both know what they signed up for. I love my brand new Altima just as much as I love the VIP treatment we received at Jack Ingram Nissan. Ryan definitely rocks!

I took my car to Jack Ingram for an oil change and tire rotation. As soon as I drove up I was greeted by John. They completed the work in approximately 30 minutes. They also washed my car!! Very nice experience.

There were some lights turned on after the service , We showed him ,He fixed the issue and explained to us that these are very sensitive sensors and can turn on sometime for some reasons so we do not need to worried , he fixed them as there were. Even he was so kind and again with positive energy asked about a screw was missing from the very first day we purchased and we were not aware of that and arranged it for us . We need people like him nowadays to make a difference with the negative attitude of some we come across in daily life. I for sure will go back there for the service because of his positive attitude and his great customer service.

Cody Parish was an excellent sales rep! His disposition was very warm and welcoming right off. He took his time and answered all my questions I had. He explained everything in detail with me concerning my car (trade in) and showed me on paper, which was very helpful. He was not too pushy; but allowed me time to make my decision on another purchase on the lot. He even spoke with my friend who accompanied me, on assisting her with a possible purchase in the future. Cody was great! I will definitely look to him for any future purchases and won't hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family. Thanks Cody! PS I love my car!!!!Janet Franklin

They fixed what was wrong. It cost less than what they told me before they fixed it. It was fixed before the actual time they gave me that it would be fixed. They were awesome. I'm very pleased with the out come of there work.

Cody was very helpful. After a conversation about what I wanted he immediately showed me the exact truck I wanted. We quickly settled on the price. There were a couple of small snags in the process, but they were quickly resolved by Cody. I am very pleased with my experience at Jack Ingram Nissan

Everytime I think about the Jack Ingram dealership and service department Iwill write a negative review. I purchased a new transmission and radiator September 2022 both bit the dust August 2023 less than year after the purchase. I am the owner of a 2012 Nissan Rogue SV. Yes the warranty had expired. How does a new new transmission go outIn less than a year? Was it a new transmission? I wasn't there when it was installed that's what Mr.Rickey Trammell happily told me when I handed over $4979.12. The happy face left when I came in to inquire about the radiator and a valve cover gasket issue that was overlooked less than a week after my oil was changed. His happy face was a face of disdain and aggravation Rickey Trammell last words to me was THIS HAS TO END SOMEWHERE....which meant we ain't doing nothing for you. We got your money...your loss. Bye. This is the whole truth and nothing but the truth. I am not the only one. The calm and reassuring responses are just a bunch of we are saying this to make people think we really care. Your establishment only care about raking in as much money as possible. I am proof.*** They know the transmissions are bad and have been in in a recall never came out of anyone's mouth.

The person to check in was not customer friendly. He had people standing around waiting with no communication about next steps and what to do.The technician Carlos and rental car manager were very helpful and communicated well. Carlos recognized an issue and rectified the issue before returning my car to me.

I took my car in to be serviced, on September 6th. I Noticed after I picked it up that there were somethings that needed to be looked at again, so I took it back the following day. When I got in my car to go home, I noticed that there was grease, or what appeared to be grease, on my steering wheel and my gear shifter and the panel beside the door and there was a spot on my seat. I also noticed that the tires were still overinflated. There are also scuff marks on the interior bottom of the driver's door. I call back and spoke with Scott in service although he did apologize nothing was offered as a correction. I take pride in keeping my car clean and always having it serviced as it should be by Jack ingram. I also left a voice mail for John Ingram, whom has not returned my call. This was September 7th, today is September the 12th. Needless to say I'm extremely disappointed that all this happened and that it has been treated so nonchalantly.
