I would give this dealership's service department 0 stars if I could. I called trying to book an oil change. They didn't have any spots available for over a month! For an oil change! I asked the customer service person "what is the price for the oil change?" Her reply, "oh I don't have any prices, I'll need to transfer you. She transferred me to "Tom" and I got his voice mail. He called me back without having listened to my message and said it was $175 for an oil change. I said why would I need to book an oil change over a month out? His response, "we only have one mechanic." They have one mechanic for all the Volvo service and repair in Montgomery! What a joke! Plus, the oil change is over priced. I won't be going to any Jack Ingram businesses for anything. A joke.

Longtime Volvo owner here; I had recently found a V60 through Volvo's nationwide CPO search tool and reached out to Jack Ingram via their online form. Lashondra in online sales was very responsive and helpful before referring me on to Robbie Poole.Robbie was not responsive on the vehicle despite multiple follow ups. He was never able to answer all of my questions, including completing a video walk around and sending the CPO certification checklist. I tried contacting the dealer in efforts to find another salesperson to assist, but was told Robbie had initially started the sale process and I would have to work with him only.The whole experience was odd, unprofessional, and disappointing considering the many positive reviews of Jack Ingram. I have never been in a position before where I was ghosted by a salesperson and dealership staff while actively trying to purchase a vehicle.Additionally, it was my understanding from the Carfax that that particular V60 had been sitting on the lot for months unsold. No wonder given how I was treated.Update - Response to Dealer: My last offer during negotiations was for the asking price. I was still ghosted by Robbie and another salesperson I spoke to. If Jack Ingram did not want to do business with my full offer, it would not been so difficult to reply back and say so.

We went here to look at vehicles and nobody came out to greet us like the "old days" when they greeted you and stalked you as you came into the parking lot. We went inside and the gentleman barely glanced up, if at all, not acknowledging that we were there (the only other person was a lady at a table that I assumed was waiting on the service department as she was working on a laptop).So we went back outside and looked around and were like where are all the new cars? Then I saw the stickers in the window and like oh these dirty cars are new...but they are scratched and have dents on them. Yeah not going to buy a dented and scratched vehicle....if they cannot take care of the new inventory that they want to sell I'm sure not going here to get my vehicle serviced.

This is our fifth purchase from Jack Ingram. As alway a pleasure ! With our most recent certified pre owned purchase last week. We received a six year unlimited mileage warranty exclusive of glass and tires. One heck of a deal on top of that. Customer service will always show through.Bob

Excellent service at Jack Ingram Volvo. Daughter’s 2006 XC-70 stranded her in Montgomery on a trip from Auburn to Fort Worth. Fuel pump replaced. Excellent advice and communication with Dad in Virginia from service manager Tom. Highly recommended.

Just purchased our second XC60 from Jack Ingram Volvo!! We had our first Volvo in for service and we started to look around while we waited. We didn’t see anything that really interested us but our salesman, Brian, asked us to consider a new from 2022 XC60! We declined as it was a little higher price. But next day we decided to give it a look and Brian set it up that we could drive the car for the day. Our 2018 XC60 was a T5 momentum but the 2022 was a B6 Inscription. Loved the upgraded interior….especially the Napa leather seats….and the increased horsepower! And after some negotiation, we ended up in price range we desired! Everything was great until we drove off the lot and several warning lights came on. Uggh. But, service manager Tom took care of the issues and the GM, Marc stepped up and made things right. I’ve been buying cars for years and was in shock that a dealer would take responsibility. I know Marc is newer to the leadership at Jack Ingram. So idk how things were before, but I highly recommend Jack Ingram Audi, Porsche & Volvo. We have had our XC60 now for a few weeks and love it! We have the “Polestar” option and wow, this suv is fast! We almost purchased an X3 30i but our Volvo is safer, faster and has a higher quality interior! So, ask for Brian if u are in the market for a luxury suv!!
