I am giving this 5 stars for food, service, and atmosphere. However, on this visit you only get 2 stars overall for playing an April Fools' joke on me. Here is why. Yesterday, I received an email letting me know that the Mobile Mondays were back. I could redeem a reward for $1 off my mobile order every Monday in April. So, I went to the web and logged into my JimmyJohns account. There was the award, I clicked on it and made my order. When I got my email receipt, the $1 was taken off my order.Subtotal:$11.00Redeemed: $1 off Reward($1.00)TAX $1.10Total:$11.10Google Pay XXXXXXXX:($11.10)When I got there, I checked to see if my sandwich was ready, it wasn't out amongst the rest of the sandwiches that were bagged and ready to go. A pleasant young lady asked if she could help and when I told her my name, she retrieved my sandwich and told me I owed them exactly one dollar. I looked at my receipt on the bag and sure enough, it said I owed one dollar. I knew it was futile to argue with the young lady, so I gave my dollar to free my lunch from captivity and made a mental note to let you all know. It is either a April Fools Joke or a the ultimate bait and switch. I made my purchase and was debited what I thought was an agreed upon price, but in order to get my sandwich, I had to give back the $1 reward.Bottom line: This wasn't right. If you all were not participating in the reward program, then your online ordering system should have reflected this. I know it is only one dollar, but it is the principle of the matter. I didn't see a way to send this in a more private mode or I would have.

Yooo my experience was excellent . From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by a the lady behind the counter , Trina . She was serving someone else and still took the time to acknowledge me, which is rare nowadays . I already knew she was gonna make my sandwich perfectly , and she did ?I had the Vito like always and she hooked it up well . Great attitude , fast service , tasty sandwich , I’ll definitely be back to this location . Thanks Trina !!

This is by far the cleanest fast food restaurant I’ve been in, in a long time. Katrina was very helpful with a great personality, and the food was delicious!

We stopped here for an early lunch. There was one worker in there alone but he had the sandwiches out very quickly.After we received our sandwiches they realized they were out of something we wanted.James handled it wonderfully!He was very apologetic and he made it right. We left happy and full.Someone should give James a raise! He was running the store alone in a fast and fabulous manner.

Just a garbage franchise. My wife and I joined the rewards program and wondered why we never got our free sandwich. Finally contacted corporate and they said 95% of their stores participates in the program but this particular franchise does not.They regularly run out of ingredients. They randomly lock their doors. One time there was a note that the worker was in the bathroom. We waited 20 min and the store never reopened. Who wants to eat at a restaurant where the only employee working needs a 20 min trip to the bathroom?Really disappointing bc we love JJs. But it seems like they’re determined to go out of business. No idea why they opened in the first place.

The whole order had to be refunded as the store was almost out of all the ingredients. This is the second time this has happened. While the service is always friendly and professional, the fact that the food can't be produced is a problem.

This is not a normal Jimmy John’s. Store is clean but not well maintained. They do not participate in the loyalty program.

I love Jimmy John's in general. However, I'll avoid this one from now on and recommend you do the same. Despite the fact that nation-wide Jimmy John's has a rewards program, when I ordered and tried to get rewards credits I was told they don't participate. I asked about a military discount (this is a military town with an Air Force base featured prominently). Again, no go. What's particularly troubling to me, though, is that my receipt prominently displayed "Look up your Freaky Fast Rewards" at the bottom (pic included). I guess this is just to spite you over what you could have had if you had gone to a better Jimmy John's!
