Shouldn’t asked me to rate your service because you know I had really awful experience I won’t give good review. spend almost 5hours of waiting at the lobby just for oil change, what makes me so mad was I found out they pulled up someone’s truck came behind me in front of me for whatever reason unreasonably! I had appointment at 12pm, got there by 11:30am, end up leaving @5pm. For apologies they offered free oil change, and try to make money from something else, filter change cost me over $200. Very awful experience, gotta find somewhere else for oil change next time!

A special thanks to Dana Jones, the service manager, for going beyond the call of duty! He personally brought my truck back to me and cleaned the oil spill off my driveway.They did the best they could. The new part they installed was damaged…no fault of theirs. They tried to repair it, according to the specs … it did not work. They replaced it again and finally it worked!Had they received a good part in the beginning, I would have had my truck back by the afternoon…but since the part was damaged it took 2 days. I am grateful they took the time to make sure it was done right. My only complaint is, I had to call to find out what was going on. My questions were answered pleasantly. But I feel there was a lack of Communication. Again, I know they are doing the best they can do.All in all, my experience was very good.I was well taken care of.Thank you.

One of the best purchasing experiences ever. Our sales person Tim was beyond great and I highly recommend everyone who’s looking for a vehicle to go see him.

Service was ok but cost was out roof. Also the service department the male gave out incorrect information. The female gave out better information. Could not schedule appointments for service, Had do walk in. The phone service is the worst when calling for information. A lot fix.

Erika was great - best hospitality. She was very energetic. She has a great sense of humor. She was very professional & caring. I had gone to Larry Puckett Chevrolet in Prattville on Thursday December 21st & the part (transmitter/key) was in stock in the parts department. I went over to the service department & tried scheduling an appointment but the man didn’t schedule it for me. Instead he had me write my name & number on a piece of paper & told me someone would call me to schedule an appointment that afternoon or the next day but no one ever called. I called Larry Puckett on Tuesday December 26 to schedule an appointment & the man told me that it would be the next week or the week after & to call back. So I also called Capital Chevrolet on December 26 & spoke with a man in the parts department & he researched & told me what I needed was in stock then switched me over to service & I was told to come the following morning & they’ll take care of me & also told me what time the service department opens. I was there the next morning at 7:30am & Erika took good care of me. I am so satisfied with Capital Chevrolet. I will be going back for everything. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! Theresa Deere

My visit today was much better than my previous two. I was checked in promptly as usual. The huge difference was this time I was kept informed of the progress of my car. You may not know how important that is to the customer. Ms. Kinta Steele is the greatest. She informed me approximately every 20 minutes or so what the status of my car was. She was always pleasant, friendly, and courteous. Even though I waited longer than I should have for an oil change, I was okay because I knew the status. Still needs work on timeliness but thanks Kinta.

Absolutely terrible experience. I had an appointment and still had to wait 3 hours. I signed up for the notifications and was not notified on the status of my vehicle once! I was told they would not accept the coupon that they sent me because my service didn’t cost enough even though that is not noted anywhere of the coupon. Three hours later when my vehicle is returned I am told my bill is $110! With $42 of that being for labor. That’s is $40 high than the last time I brought it in. Do yourself a favor go to wetumpka or pratville. This place is a joke

Fast and courteous service, especially with it being the Saturday before Thanksgiving. The guys working Saturday, were very personable, and customer oriented. Shout out to the technicians on a great job as well.GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I arrived in the 7 o’clock hour and left in the 3 o’clock hour. This was my first visit so next time I will be dropped off. In spite of the wait time, the overall visit was pleasant and the representative remained professional.

I had a very great experience at Capital Chevrolet Service Department. I needed an oil change and I was able to drop off my truck at lunch. The Service Department was very friendly and promised to have my truck service by 5:00 PM. Eric checked for any recalls and confirmed that I did not have any recalls. I returned at 5:00 PM and my truck was ready for pickup. The checkout process was fast and I was on my way. My truck is running great.Thanks for a great job!JoeService: Oil change

My overall experience was good. Mr. Harris helped me out and was very nice and patient. I just wish I had more time to review the vehicle and test drive it because once I got home I noticed some faults. The screen was cracked. It wasn’t detailed on the inside. There’s seems to be evidence of the roof leaking. The back passenger door does not open from the inside. The screen is cracked and isn’t calibrated. The steering wheel is very hard to turn and there is no fluid in the car, such as windshield wiper fluid. This is a major purchase, and I just wanted to make sure I was making a good decision before being pressed to purchase right away.

If I could rate my experience 0 stars I would. When i came in I was told that my car would be done next and not only was that not true the associate that was helping me showed no interest in keeping me updated on the status of my car after I waited 3 hours.

I was scheduled a 8:30 appointment for oil change, tire rotation just a general maintenance. I was there at 8:15. I have never had to wait 2 hours for this service before. Nobody bothered to acknowledge me if there was a reason for why they were running behind, I will say I watched while I could see some of the process of my car (oil change) more talking than working!!! seems to me that you have a scheduling problem or working ethics either way was definitely a problem..I can't this even deserves a one star basically only given this because I still like my car.Services: Tire rotations

I showed up at the dealership without an appointment this morning for a fuel filter derby on my 2500 HD diesel truck. I told them I had an appointment before lunch at another business and would need to wait for service to be completed. They worked me in. I was in and out in 1 1/2 hours.
