Customer service was not good I was trying to find different items in the store Fabric and other things the worker had black earbuds in his ear and act like he didn't want it to be bothered and the other guy on the cutting table pointed me to the right direction but the customer service is horrible in Montgomery at Jo-Ann's I will not be going back the customer service in Tallahassee Jo-Ann's is a lot better

Just went in to buy some snaps for a dress. The only employee I could find at the register was more interested in the coloring book she was coloring. When I asked if there was anyone else that could help me she said “He’s back there.” I proceeded to walk around the whole store and did not find him. I went back up to the register and asked if she could call her associate to be told “He will be with you in a minute.” There was very few people in the store so said person could not have been busy and if he was there should have been a backup. Very disappointing experience.

It's my daughter's first time making her own Halloween costume. She's decided to do a very realistic anamatronic! We've been getting supplies from other craft stores, but now that we've been to Joann's, it's the only place we will go for craft supplies or fabric in the future! Will was incredibly helpful with cutting our fabric, helping us navigate the store, and even showing us how to save money with coupons on the app... and literally saved us over 60 bucks!!! So helpful and pleasant as well!! Thank you!!!

I do not know what all the complaints are about I always have the best service anytime I go up there. Kim, Erlicia and Willie are always the best at helping people out. Kim is always so knowledgeable and always comes up with the best ideas to help finish your projects. Willie always has a smile on his face and never makes me feel like I am bothering him. Erlicia always finds the best coupons or alternatives if they don't have what I'm looking for. I always shop in the evenings and I have never had a bad experience in this store. The staff are always super helpful and friendly.

Hi! This place has Horrible Service!!My first time in your store.
I kept looking for someone to help me. I even asked the black guy at the cashier for help. He yelled, saying someone was back there. I never seen anyone. As I walked, the whole material area! I never came across anyone! So I was measuring my blanket and the yards of material. I needed to make sure I had the right amount. Just as I was going to get ready to look again for someone, this man Larry was saying no one is supposed to be back here, don't you see that sign. I said No never even seen that sign.
I told him we'll I looked for someone, and never found anyone! He got really ugly! I told him I was just getting ready to call for help again. Everything is ready for that person to cut my material. I thought that I would get it all ready for when I did find someone to help me, it would be ready. I was helping straighten the material. He got mad and said , " dont touch it! He got ugly again. So I told him never mind, I'll go some place else.
I asked the blackman what that guys name was, and he said Larry.
Then I stated to tell this blakman him how rude he was.
Then he got ugly, too!!
Well, Joann Fabric and craft store. This was my first time at your store. And my last time!!!
You have ugly RUDE associate working here.
YOU LOST A CUSTOMER!!!
The Joann's store in Texas was much friendlier.
I'll go to Hobby Lobby or Michael's Craft store.

This is the best store to shop at for your crafty artsy needs! The staff are the kindest people always happy to help.

Usual Joann’s. Parking lot needs leaves removed. Almost dangerous. Store clean. Restrooms not. And no TP. Nice selection of yarns and fabrics. Drove 80 miles to shop here as the local store was not stocked as well as this one.
