The Trainer John is an expert in the weight and exercise room. His techniques gives you the feeling that your goals are achievable. Zandria , the line dance coach is skilled, patient and just AMAZING!

I enjoy my weekly exercise classes with a great and fun group.. mr John and Mrs. Elanore and staff are great individuals and the atmospere is friendly.
